Very steady night despite the low reservation count. Togo orders were busy, busy, busy tonight from start to finish. The Lees and Hitchcocks had their usual family dinner on the patio. Mr. Gillespie entertained a few guests. The Vaughns and Dolynuiks sat inside to escape the heat. Mr. Bird said the liver was great. Mrs. Mccrary sent back her gnocchi saying it lacked flavor, and got the georgia shrimp grilled instead. We got her new entree out to her as quick as possible, and she liked that one better. We had a few groups of golfers join us later on in the night. No other issues to report.

Pretty busy lunch today at the summerhouse. We had a pretty big rush when we opened due to tennis camp and swim practice this morning. However things slowed down alot after 2pm. We had a decent dinner rush of about 60 people. This included the Bovards, the Creson Family, and the List family. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report. Great Memorial Day at the summerhouse. We started off the day with almost all set up done, just a few finishing touches. It was a slow start due to thunderstorms from 11-12 this morning. However after the rain cleared it became a beautiful day and a fairly busy memorial day. The Pool Bar crushed it today, with many compliments from multiple members including the Parrots, and the Bowers. Inside was fairly busy as well with the Sno Cone's being a huge hit for the kids. The team did a wonderful job as they always do. No issues to report. Pool Bar sales: 2063.31 Summerhouse sales: 5811.81 Covers: 248

Many members who did not go out of town for the holiday stated they were not interested in being at the SH for the cookout because of the noise and kids running around. very understandable. The Lamars joined us briefly and order the lunch special. he said it was absolutely delicious. many compliments on the daily bowl as well. Big John has been on a roll the last few days with the sauces he creates and members definitely notice. we had a few tables on the patio. full staff and we did some down time cleaning before service.

Steady lunch, we had most of our lunch usuals, including the Cagles and The Kacos family. Everyone said lunch was great. Dinner was much slower, we were able to knock out some memorial day planning and decoration. We had the Mooney's eat for dinner as well as the Ashmore family. We also had to clear the pool deck for about an hour due to thunderstorms in the area which led to a small rush inside but it quickly cleared out. The team did a wonderful job as always. Fairly steady day today. We had our first order around 11am, and had a very small lunch crowd. During the Midday we had more business, with a lot of our families coming in around around 2pm. We had a pretty big dinner rush due to the lightning causing the pool deck to be cleared. Also, most of the families left around this time which led to the pool bar being closed at 6pm. We had the Hadden's stay for dinner, and they said everything was great, and we also had the Mize family, and they also said everything was great. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Super busy opening day at the summerhouse! Lunch was extremely busy with nonstop tickets from 11:00-2:00. The team handled it beautifully with nothing but compliments from the membership. Specifically, Mrs. Vinyard, and Mrs. Senn had nothing but great things to say. We also had a pool party from 11-2 for Mrs. Ninness, and she said everything was amazing. Dinner Service was much slower, but still fairly steady with a few to go orders as well. We had the Ashmore's eat dinner, and they also said everything was delicious. Props to the team for handling a very busy day with no member complaints. No issues to report. SH Sales: 3429.17 Bar Sales: 364.34 Total Sales: 3793.51
