The Report
About 40 guests started arriving at 9:40, and subsequently we were completely full be 10am. The Drink station saved us tremendously. The entire Ballroom was cleared by 11:35am.
Issues
BARS!!!! \*Bars were not completely ready with juices, wine key, and square readers \*A bartender was extremely late and another staff had to be pulled. The staff that was pulled was not as proficient behind the bar. \*Proper product was not pulled in a timely manner. Staff was told to get bars ready at 8:48. \*If the bartender needs help setting then they should also ask their fellow staff members. TABLES!!!! \*All tables were set properly per the diagram. \*Table Numbers were not given or put out until 9:45 after guests were already here and looking for seats. \*Reservation sheet was not in alphabetical order \*Table sizes were incorrect per the sheet given by the host. Numbers were off by 17 people. So 17 seats had to be added to random tables. STAFF \*Staff was given list of things that should be done
Improvements
\*\*Staff going forward will be given setup sheets for every events. Bars need to be properly broke down and stocked properly for the next event. Staff needs to come in earlier for these particular events because the members arrive so early. \*\*Bartenders will have more training and setup sheets for bars. They will also have breakdown sheets with items that are needed at each bar at breakdown.
