Started off the night reservation heavy with about 110 on the books. As the night progressed it also became very walk in heavy. However we were able to accommodate all walk-ins in a timely manner. We were joined by Connie Jones, who originally wanted to sit outside but moved inside during the middle of their service, but they were very happy. We also had most of our Thursday usuals including the Vaughn's, the Dolynuick's, and the Lanier's. Due to the large influx of people we had to put a wait on all orders for 15 minutes. Everyone was very understanding, and we were complemented throughout the night. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Absolutely beautiful Al Fresco wine dinner tonight; literally nothing but compliments on the food and wine. I led service while Marquitta communicated with the kitchen and Cory, Jake, and Mary handled pouring wine. Honestly not too much to say, it was near perfect and a few members walked away with their share of Belle Glos! Hats off to everyone involved

Another post-wedding Mothers Day brunch for the crew. Robby took care of his first ever tables in the Lounge (The Trotters, Perry Smith and others) with the help of Jake. All was very quiet until 12:00, coming up on the 12:30 and 1:15 seatings. Tiffany, Brianna, Alexis and Brandon M. kept up very well in the ballroom while Shannon and Khoris exited the Ridgely and PDR to take 1:15s, also in the ballroom. Not very many bottle sales at all; we only sold about 5 Decoy sparkling. Flips were long and continuous from about 12 to almost 2 but it went smoothly with Marquitta, Tiffany from front office, and I knocking them out as fast as possible. Staff killed it from the kitchen to the bar to our people. Amazing job today
