Another early start. Buffet, bars and drink station were all set and ready to go. A bit slower start to this one as the golfers had a long night. Most sat in the MG as they did the day before. Besides moving a little slower in pace, the shift went very similar to Saturday. Team flipped for lunch and MG died down. Only a few folks came in after lunch and play to cool off and relax in the much quiter MG. Most of the crowd was waiting to go ourt to the course party. KRS

First day of Jamboree. The team arived at 5:30am as scheduled and did great getting everything ready. Drink stations, buffet and men's grill were set and ready well before any golfers arived. Derick was on top of the 1st and 18 bar. The players started to arive around 6:45. From there, they all made their way through the buffet and went to the MG. A few stayed in the tittle holdsers. Q and i held down the floor while Levon took care of the bar. We hopped back there when needed as the golfers were beering up to play. Shot gun start and the room died down. Ba few of the afternoon players came to eat as well. Team flipped the buffet to the outside for lunch. Men's grill was pretty dead for lunch as most sat outside. We helped over there. KRS

Fairly busy night, the patio filled up rather quickly with most of our Thursday usuals including the Dolynuicks, the Lanier's, and the woods. Luckily, we did have some downtime which allowed us to flip the bars for AGA, and stage our breakfast buffet. Everyone had nothing but good things to say. The team did a great job as always. No issues to report.

Wine sales were great with 3 magnums of Caymus special select being sold. The bar's had the highest sales of the week so far with the courtyard bar doing almost 20,000 dollars in sales alone. Big surprise tonight; the Olson party added 2 extra people last minute and for the first time this week; wanted to go early. The kitchen was able to accommodate. Other than that, Shantia and Shannon took amazing care of them as always. We had a few no-hams on the salad and a gluten/dairy free dessert that all went out just fine.

We had some early arrivals along with the hosts, so we got mics, music, and the bar going asap. At 7:15 we preset salads and desserts and most people didn't waste any time sitting. We did however have to add a whole table for 6 extra guests that showed and luckily the kitchen was able to accommodate to the best of their ability. Marquitta and I took care of all allergies/special meals. They also did not use the green room that was set up in the prefunction.

Lunch and mid day still stayed slower. Hopped around to help on the TH side. Our bar picked up significantly during the night. We would get waves of people from outside. There was a good flow. The stand alone bar is a really good idea that has worked 2 years . All went well. KRS
