Great Thursday night, and definitely the busiest so far. We had quite a few reservations cancel/no show which led to us being able to take a limited amount of walk-ins. The patio bar also had its biggest day so far, but due to a little rain we had to open up the men's grill momentarily. Wine sales went through the roof tonight as well, with many of our priciest bottles being sold tonight. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Great night for the Olson group again. They were very late on the arrival and we ended up sitting them without the full group present at 8:45, but they showed not too long after. Big wine drinkers as always. Not much to much different to say, other than we had a couple guests ask for a cheeseburger from downstairs. We asked, were told no, and relayed the message. Later, when entrees came out we had two cheeseburgers that we were unaware of come up; apparently Mr. Olson called someone and made it happen anyways. Other than that, no issues

Pretty late arrival for these folks. We spoke with the hostess and agreed on sitting them no matter how many people were there. They leisurely sat and we immediately started service and wine pouring. We had a whole empty table plus many seats missing, but some guests arrived halfway through service. No issues! Everything went very smoothly past the timeline/arrival delay

This group was super late on arrival. Until about 3:40 there were only 6 people cocktailing. Once 4:00 approached they were still going strong and there was a lot of pushback on the closing time. We were able to get them out by 4:40

Kind of steady lunch. The rain passed on so we lucked out on that. The golf patrons stayed atvthe national a bit longer due to the late start. Mid day picked up. No dinner service. There was a 20 second spot of rain that ran the patio dwellers into the men's grill. A handful of women came in and sat at tables. Eventually we cleared the room and got things back in order. No issues. KRS

Busiest night of the week so far. We were joined by the Aquinde's, the Guergov's, and the Hunter's. We blew the past few day's out of the water in sales. We did about 30,000 in beverage sales alone today. The summerville grill also quintupled in sales today. We prepared for the rain by setting up an inside bar location in the golf hallway. We also covered all tv's, moved all electronics inside, and broke down the summerville grille. Very busy night with more to come over the next 3 days. No issues to report.

Quite the chaotic first night for us with the Olson group. The arrived at about 7:30 instead of 6, so we pushed dinner back until 8:20. We started out with 12 guests, and then 14 which was easily accommodated, and then 15.....and then 16. The kitchen was able to have all the same food out for the add ons except for two filet-only entrees. As always they drank a ton and had an amazing time. Joe closed on an Old Sparky bottle (nice!) and they went through several Mascots and Double Eagles. Amazing job on Shannon and Khoris's part for keeping up with the wine with the assistance of Joe The group had a great time and hopefully the next 3 days go a bit smoother with their time and planning

Busy lunch shift today! servers were given sections but eventually we rotated because the patio and bar filled up very quickly. The patio was at capacity for most of the shift and there was a waitlist going . Mrs Kuhlke and her mom were able to get a table in the bar. they were very understanding of how busy we were but I made sure to make them feel like a priority. The Thorntons and their daughter were in after lunch . they were able to get a table on the patio. during the in-between SV Grille, there were so many people here . around 515pm we had to ask guests to utilize the patio and courtyard for socializing and drinking . we needed the tables for dinner service.

Day 1 of masters! lunch picked up. we had a few members dine in but majority were member guests. every person understood the importance of wristbands and complied when asked to check in before dining. patio received the most attention due to the amazing weather. all servers rotated on patio and took the few tables we had in the bar. Mr Bell and son had lunch in the dininfg room. Dr. Snelling and wife had lunch on the patio. it wasn't super busy so I made 4 DRA cuts.

Great way to kick off masters week! The team did a wonderful job as always. Our most frequent complaint of the night was the lack of the regular dinner menu items, and no dinner service on the patio. A great first night to the week. No issues to report.

Arived early. Breakfast buffet was set and ready. Fired up the chafers and all was good to go. Not much action early on. Some guest stopped in before tee times. Only half of our regulars actually ate off the buffet. A few were displeased with the price, though it is officially masters week menu. Lunch was sporadic. Mostly guests but still not busy. The AGA only had 15 players. Hopped around where needed on the TH side. No issues. KRS

Decent two for one thursday. We started with 70 on the books. As we thought, it was too chilly to sit outside. The Mccrarys, Prathers, and others gathered to celebrate Mr. Mccrarys birthday. They had a great dinner, and we passed out mini hammers for dessert. The The Purselys stopped in for a quick dinner. The Means ate at the bar. The Perottas and Ms. Claussen enjoyed burgers and a special. No issues to report. We sold 18 catches, 20 specials, and 11 bowls.
