The Report

Busy lunch shift today! servers were given sections but eventually we rotated because the patio and bar filled up very quickly. The patio was at capacity for most of the shift and there was a waitlist going . Mrs Kuhlke and her mom were able to get a table in the bar. they were very understanding of how busy we were but I made sure to make them feel like a priority. The Thorntons and their daughter were in after lunch . they were able to get a table on the patio. during the in-between SV Grille, there were so many people here . around 515pm we had to ask guests to utilize the patio and courtyard for socializing and drinking . we needed the tables for dinner service.

Issues

not really an issue but a few feathers were ruffled. Mrs Meybohm and Parhams girlfriend joined us today. they had an 8 top total arriving soon and they wanted to sit on the patio. They were sat by another manager outside of the waitlist at a 4top. someone on the waitlist saw that they just arrived and were sat and inquired how we were seating people by party size etc... I did speak with meybohm and told them once a larger table that could accommodate them was available, it would be theirs. it all worked out and we were able to seat everyone.

Very quiet lunch shift . The Wednesday guys were in today as a 6top at table 5. There was another group of gentleman on the patio;Coghill Shuler Hull . The Schmidt’s and Petersons were on the patio , they had their usual wines and lunch specials and bowls. Mrs Uptons bridge group came Down and had lunch in the bar . The thirties joined us in the bar as well . There was a swim team meeting in founders

Saturday, April 13, 2024 · Dinner

I know I keep saying this, but busiest night of the week so far! We had quite a few cancellations prior to dinner service which allowed us to accommodate quite a few walk ins. Wine sales were great with 3 magnums of Caymus special select being sold. The bar's had the highest sales of the week so far with the courtyard bar doing almost 20,000 dollars in sales alone. The team did a wonderful job as they always do. No issues to report.

Friday, April 12, 2024 · Dinner

Great Thursday night, and definitely the busiest so far. We had quite a few reservations cancel/no show which led to us being able to take a limited amount of walk-ins. The patio bar also had its biggest day so far, but due to a little rain we had to open up the men's grill momentarily. Wine sales went through the roof tonight as well, with many of our priciest bottles being sold tonight. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

continental breakfast was slow again. besides ms conger whose been here every morning , there were mostly guests who came through . quiet morning.

Thursday, April 11, 2024 · Dinner

Busiest night of the week so far. We were joined by the Aquinde's, the Guergov's, and the Hunter's. We blew the past few day's out of the water in sales. We did about 30,000 in beverage sales alone today. The summerville grill also quintupled in sales today. We prepared for the rain by setting up an inside bar location in the golf hallway. We also covered all tv's, moved all electronics inside, and broke down the summerville grille. Very busy night with more to come over the next 3 days. No issues to report.

slower morning today. I believe its because many people wanted a HOT breakfast. overall no complaints. everyone understood the wristband protocol and obliged . no issues
