The Report
Pretty busy Friday night. The patio filled up rather quickly as expected. The first wave was mainly families. The Knox's, the Kacos, the Dudleys. A piece of paper flew off the Kacos table and hit one of the Dudley's girls, but she was okay. Mr Malzer had a group of 10 people tonight; they enjoyed a few bottles of wine with dinner. The Laniers and Abbotts and Vaughns joined us as usual. The Gladds, Parrishs, and Welshs had a great time at dinner, and were actually excited that Joey was their server. The Collins in Founders room arrived on time, and enjoyed Jackeys service. We sold 10 catches and 10 specials. No issues to report.

Started off the night reservation heavy with about 110 on the books. As the night progressed it also became very walk in heavy. However we were able to accommodate all walk-ins in a timely manner. We were joined by Connie Jones, who originally wanted to sit outside but moved inside during the middle of their service, but they were very happy. We also had most of our Thursday usuals including the Vaughn's, the Dolynuick's, and the Lanier's. Due to the large influx of people we had to put a wait on all orders for 15 minutes. Everyone was very understanding, and we were complemented throughout the night. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.
