Issues
Linda Lorick was playing bridge in the ladies lounge. they were headed to the terrace coming through the bar near table 62. mrs. Lorick lost her balance and fell into the hightop table. I saw the fall as it happened and I immediately rushed over. I stabilized her neck and elevated her legs. I asked if she was okay and what hurt . she was conscious and stated her arm hurt. I asked Mary to retrieve a pillow so that I could further check her out. she had a small nick on her neck but she was fine and didn't want an ambulance initially so we called Clarence. as I talked more she told me the pain in her arm was bad and couldn't move it. we called 911 at about 12:10 . Dr. Hobbs came over as well to help assess her until the EMT arrived. They arrived approximately 15-20 mins later . she was assessed and taken to Piedmont . the whole ordeal took about an hour
I did speak with her sister in law Tina and gave her a synopsis and she stated she spoke with her son in Charleston and she would meet mrs. lorick at the hospital.
it was still unclear what caused the fall. she was wearing a special shoe from a previous injury and had a cane. there were no spills of any kind that could have caused her fall

Started off the night reservation heavy with about 110 on the books. As the night progressed it also became very walk in heavy. However we were able to accommodate all walk-ins in a timely manner. We were joined by Connie Jones, who originally wanted to sit outside but moved inside during the middle of their service, but they were very happy. We also had most of our Thursday usuals including the Vaughn's, the Dolynuick's, and the Lanier's. Due to the large influx of people we had to put a wait on all orders for 15 minutes. Everyone was very understanding, and we were complemented throughout the night. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.
