The Report
SUPER busy lunch shift today. with EDS 8th grade graduation, we had a total of 116 reservations on the books. we preassigned and set tables before service and that worked out well. we had 5 servers which was excellent. everyone pulled together and took tables where needed. we had 2 DRAs and we did have to have 2 come from SH to assist for about 2hrs. there were a lot of large tables, a presidents and founders room a la carte. John Adams was a 13 top on the terrace. The Overstreet, Brigham, and Jordan families were a 24 top. the had tables 10-13 and 20-22. Mr Walker and his family said everything was delicious. they dined in the terrace. Jackey did a great job taking care of the Lopez's 16 top in founders and the Daniel family in the presidents room. she took a few tables in the restaurant as well. we did have to go a wait 2x so that the kitchen could get caught up. great communication with BOH and FOH . we sold 8 bowls and 8 specials. GREAT JOB EVERYONE

Pretty steady lunch shift . We had a full staff that did great delivering great service . A lot of patio action today . Mrs. Meybohm and Mrs. Edmondson along with her daughter joined us for lunch to celebrate McKenzies birthday. They had a few rounds of Huego spritz. Mrs. Edmondson absolutely love the daily bowl . Bartender Zach did a great job flying solo today! He and dr. Snellings talked awhile at the bar after the usual snelling lunch at table 70. Lester and weigle crew had their skinny Rita’s on the patio as well . The dining room was quiet for the most part . Mrs. McCall had lunch with a couple of her grands . We sold 10 bowls and 4 specials . Great shift

Very steady night despite the low reservation count. Togo orders were busy, busy, busy tonight from start to finish. The Lees and Hitchcocks had their usual family dinner on the patio. Mr. Gillespie entertained a few guests. The Vaughns and Dolynuiks sat inside to escape the heat. Mr. Bird said the liver was great. Mrs. Mccrary sent back her gnocchi saying it lacked flavor, and got the georgia shrimp grilled instead. We got her new entree out to her as quick as possible, and she liked that one better. We had a few groups of golfers join us later on in the night. No other issues to report.

MEMORIAL DAY LUNCH- TH
very normal lunch shift . we had a lot more members than we expected, considering last years covers. Many members who did not go out of town for the holiday stated they were not interested in being at the SH for the cookout because of the noise and kids running around. very understandable. The Lamars joined us briefly and order the lunch special. he said it was absolutely delicious. many compliments on the daily bowl as well. Big John has been on a roll the last few days with the sauces he creates and members definitely notice. we had a few tables on the patio. full staff and we did some down time cleaning before service.
