Breakfast went great this morning! We were joined by Ms Cagle earlier in the morning and the around 9am we were joined by the Huggins family with a 33 top on the patio and the Pipkin family on the terrace! Everyone seemed to enjoy breakfast this morning and we had no issues with a smooth transition into lunch!
This wedding was all over the club, so I am going to bulletin point my notes. \*\*Because they did not have any passed beverages or passed appetizers, the bar were hit pretty hard. There were 6 bartenders during cocktail hour and they were very busy. \*\*There was an issue with the layout. We received a lot of complaints about seating. We let guests know the setup was at the request of the couple. We did eventually move the tables and chairs from the Living room and moved them to the lounge for the convenience of the guests. \*\*The bridal party was running a little behind, but the time was made up after the dances. \*\*Because we cut the cake at 7:50, it ran into people still eating at the stations. We ran short on plates and silverware, and it was a hard push to clear plates and serve cake at the height of people eating. The food stations were hit very hard. The guests ate an extreme amount of food and they ate longer than most weddings. Chef went through over 20 whole tenderloin. \*\*Surprisingly the PDR and Patio were busy considering how hot the weather was. The patio bar stayed relatively busy all night. \*\*The band was great and the guests raved about the food.
This event was held in the Lounge. Not much to say.. everyone arrived in a timely manner and they followed their itinerary, so everything went out as planned. We did have a request for a microphone, but due to us being in the Lounge, we were unable to accommodate; they were fine with this. Everything went well! No issues to report
Great day at the summerhouse! We had a fairly steady lunch, with about 80 covers, and nothing but good reviews from the membership. It was also our first fiesta night of the summer. Everyone was very excited to have it back! It was also fairly steady, with the last of the members leaving by 7:45pm. No issues to report. Mrs. Roberts and aide had salad bar in the bar. Mrs. Stout, Barret, and Walker had farro salads in the bar. we sold 3 bowls and 2 specials today.

Pretty steady for a wacky Wednesday night with 15 on the books. We had 4 tables on the patio when it started sprinkling the first time, and everyone wanted to stay out there so we put up their umbrellas for them. The ladies from the pop up lounge event decided to join us downstairs for dinner. They enjoyed a champagne toast to the birthday girl alongside her birthday cake. Dr. Henson and a guest had dinner in the bar. The Mccrarys joined us as well. Mr. Mills and his family tried to dine outside first right before it started pouring, and wound up in the dining room. No issues to report.
Great day today the the summerhouse! We had a steady lunch with about 70 covers. Luckily, we had some downtime around 2pm which allowed us to get ready for our first Pizza Night! It was heavily affected by swim practice, so it was much busier than anticipated. Everyone was extremely happy to have pizza night back and I heard nothing but great things throughout the night! guest began arriving at 815am. i took their lunch orders at 830. they all ordered salad bar. the meeting began right at 830. jesse and shantia had everything set and ready to go. periodically they would email jami for certain items: hot tea, more decaf coffee, diet cokes and dessert after lunch. they all went down at abot 1130 for salad bar. along with dessert they ordered velvet hammers.
very slow lunch today. we cut one server at 1215p. we sold 3 lunch specials. Young Mrs. Hatcher, Claussen and Crawford had lunch in the bar. Ms. Lisa from pro shop had lunch with Mrs. Dickey. Mr. Schmidt had lunch with his daughter. Dag Grantham had a private 3 top meeting in founders. he said Jackey and service was perfect. we had 2 a la carte events in lounge and presidents room . i over saw events along with managing TH. everything went well separate reports to follow.
This event was held in the Lounge. Taylor and Greg ran point on checking in with them periodically and dropping food. Once their lunch arrived from TH a little after 11:30, we started to put it out; however the host told Greg that we should put it on one of the side tables and they'd grab it at 11:45. But as we all began to do so, he asked us to go ahead and pass it out person by person as we were before. Anyways.. everyone got their lunch and all went well!
Today was a breeze we were steady all day for lunch service an then dead for dinner service due to the kitchen closing early on Tuesday. we had one incident with Mr. Schafer being charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass but the situation was fixed no problems. Slow for last 2 hour so we cleaned staff was on point good day pool cover: 14/135.63 in sales summerhouse covers:136 total sales 1128.44 Tiffany Owens MOD
Steady but slow lunch. we had most of our usual members in today. bunny williams and Bowden group sat at table 13. Mrs. Senn, Ms. Tucker and Mrs. Nicholson had a lunch in the TH bar . Thurman Group were a 7 top in the founders room, Amador took care of them. Mrs. Edmonson and husband stopped in for lunch also. full staff were in attendance.
Slow dinner tonight. The rain started around 6 pm and continued throughout the evening. Dr Tay and guests joined us tonight. Colonial Payne and Dr Bedder sat at the bar and enjoyed dinner and drinks with Kirsten. The Blanchard's also dined at the favorite spot near the fireplace. We sold one Scallop app, three strip specials, and two swordfish. No issues to report
This event was held in the Lounge. Bit of a slow start on this one, but once everyone arrived and grabbed drinks they tore through the buffet for about an hour or so. The veranda bar was extremely slow the whole time. Could have gone either without it or made it a single bar instead of double. No issues with the timeline; they did toasts and cake with passed Chandon right on time at 6 and we were able to close the bars at 7:30 with no pushback.
Steady day at the summerhouse. The morning started off fairly slow with a few families coming in from church. Then Mr. Brown threw a birthday party which caused the bar to get fairly busy. They said service was amazing. Dinner was much busier than lunch today, with orders being put in until close. The team did a wonderful job as always.
Unusual lunch today . With the exhaust vent being down we had to modify sunday brunch and close the hot side of the line. Savannah and I notified members as they entered about the modifications. The Cold side was available, an action station and salad bar were the only options today. Members were very understanding and we only had 4 families dine elsewhere. Majority of members went through the salad bar . The Lopez family was first in and salad bar was their choice . Lamar/McCall group joined per usual. The Stricklands and the Christmans were a 4 top. The Guitton family were a 12 top on the patio . Dr. Scurry sat at the bar . we cut the 7am server because she was a double .
Steady breakfast . The Meeks came in and sat on the terrace . Thompson family sat at table 32 . Angela and Kyli took care of the few tables we had .
This event was held in the Lounge and Veranda. Everything went well. There was tons of compliments. I will say that this event did NOT need 3 bars. 1 Lounge bar with 1 bartender and a back up bartender/bar back. The alcohol sales/consumption will show that 3 bars were unnecessary and it was just too hot to go outside.
\*During the setup of the wedding, everything went well except for the PDR setup. We were not told that there wasn't going to be chiavaris in all the rooms. So the PDR was set banquet chairs. Some of the chairs were also missing cushions so we swapped out some of the barstools and put them away. \*At the last minute we did accommodate a request for the lounge furniture to be moved in the ballroom in addition to the furniture that was already in the ballroom around the dance floor. Kate said she had a discussion with Jami about the furniture previously, but I do not believe be true. \*Joe did mention that he had a very unpleasant interaction with the photographer because she wanted to use lover's lane for pictures. She was upset that there was furniture in the way. During weddings we normally put the unwanted patio furniture on lover's lane, unless requested to move elsewhere. \*The reception did start late, but time was cut from other areas and the introduction of the bride and groom did start on time. Subsequently everything did start on time. \*Cake cutting was awkward because, because they announced the cutting of the cake. The guests filled the lounge while the bride and groom cut the cake and did the champagne toast. The guests did not know that they cake was not real so they were waiting for the cake to be cut. We were on time with the cake being served, but there might have been less than 5 minutes of a delay between the couple cutting the cake and us serving the sheet cake. \*Quite a few times Kate asked about clearing and bussing the tables. The staff did an awesome job of clearing and staying on the floor which can also be seen on the cameras. Tiffany, Justin, Jonathan, and Dallah had carts of glasses dishes numerous times. The Kate asked the bartenders about clearing and even they mentioned how staff was constantly on the floor clearing. \*All in all everything went well. There were quite a few discrepancies with what Kate "asked for' vs what was in the BEO. Im quite confident in saying she never mentioned certain items to Jami at all.
Great day at the summerhouse! We started off the morning early with a party for the Lopez's at 10. They were extremely happy with the service and told us thank you multiple times. We had a fairly busy lunch with most of our regulars including the Cagle's and the List Family. Dinner was much slower but we still had a few of our regulars including the Pendergrass family and the Christman family. Nothing but compliments throughout the day. The team did a great job as always. No issues to report. Pool Bar Sales: 572.99 SH Sales: 2064.67 Total Covers: 142
This event was held in the lounge for cocktail hour and then the veranda for a 4 course New England style dinner. Wine service and Dinner service went well despite starting way later than it was supposed to start. The sunlight was very bright and shining directly on the head table. The mother of the groom asked for an umbrella and we were able to accommodate her request. However the umbrella did very little to shade to the head table. A lot of compliments on the food and the service.
Busy day at the summerhouse. We had a fairly busy lunch of about 100 covers. Quick start to lunch due to all of the tennis camp kids. The Midday was fairly slow as per usual with a decent dinner rush from 6-7:30. The team did a great job as always. No issues to report. SH Sales: 2616.27 Pool Bar Sales: 616.36 Total: 186
