Easier day at the Summer house. Lunch was busy with dinner service having a very little rush closer to closing time 7-730. The Hocks came with friends an stayed over ordering drinks, they raved about the staff and kitchen. Fairly busy start to the day again with tennis camp and golf camp. We then died off around 1pm with not much business until the pool re-opened. Pizza night was extremely busy with swim practice and the membership was very excited to have the pool back. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report. Fairly slow day for the summerhouse! We started off the morning fairly busy with golf camp and tennis camp. However, due to the lack of business we were able to sort the walk in, dry storage, and lower level storage at the summerhouse. The pool closure kept a lot of the membership away. Summerhouse for the most part of the lunch shift was busy. Staff/kitchen did an excellent job of keeping up with orders. Dinner service had a little pop an remained steady throughout the evening. Great day at the summerhouse! We had a fairly steady lunch, with about 80 covers, and nothing but good reviews from the membership. It was also our first fiesta night of the summer. Everyone was very excited to have it back! It was also fairly steady, with the last of the members leaving by 7:45pm. No issues to report. Great day today the the summerhouse! We had a steady lunch with about 70 covers. Luckily, we had some downtime around 2pm which allowed us to get ready for our first Pizza Night! It was heavily affected by swim practice, so it was much busier than anticipated. Everyone was extremely happy to have pizza night back and I heard nothing but great things throughout the night!
