Good night for the MCG Grad Group. Everything kicked off on time and both the special entrees went out during service with no issues. Not too much to say, pretty cut and dry, and they definitely ran shorter than the previous couple groups. One of the hosts said that we were much quieter when clearing compared to previous years, which is generally always a difficult task; good on the team.
Summerhouse was slow personally I think due to the heat. Lunch shift had 49 covers and Mexican night had even less with 35. Staff got a head start on side work and cleaning. Chill day at the Summerhouse what members were here enjoyed themselves :) Pool house sales: 506.19 Summerhouse sales: 1134.63 Fiesta night sales: 601.00 total covers 84 Tiffany Owens MOD
Yet another grad party down for the team. One of the hosts forgot his laptop but said that he texted others in the group to bring one. I assured him if no one brought it then I could give up mine (someone did end up bringing one). Cocktail hour went well, but once it was time for dinner we had a small hiccup with seating. A group of four told Brice and Shantia that they needed a table rolled out for them. They just mixed up some of the seating so there was no need in the end. Service went smoothly, no issues to report!
Steady for 2 for 1s, but not as busy as last night. We had The Vaughns and Dolynuiks joined us with Mrs. Trammell. It was Mrs. Wills birthday a few weeks ago, and her and her girlfriends finally got around to celebrating tonight. They had a nice dinner with a champagne toast on the patio afterwards. The Moss' (1795) ate on the patio. We missed their appetizer before their meal, but corrected it as quickly as possible. No other issues to report.
Steady day today at the summerhouse! We had a busy lunch with tennis camp influencing it as always. Dinner was much slower with a few stragglers ordering a late dinner around 7:30. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report. SH Sales: 1279.43 Pool Bar Sales: 142.96
pretty quiet lunch shift. The Haskins family called ahead to make rsvp for a 7top. they requested the dining room and we had table 32 ready upon their arrival. The Lindley's stopped in after their workout. Mrs. Stout and her daughter were in attendance at their usual table in the bar. Mayor Johnson and wife had lunch with Randall Hatcher. the bowl sold well, with 10 and the special also with 7 no issues

Absolutely perfect party for the Hocks tonight. Guests arrived promptly and enjoyed about 45 minutes-an hour of cocktailing with Taylor on the bar before the birthday girl showed. The food was out at 6:30 sharp and we preset salads a bit beforehand. Some of the crowd was a bit older and didn't really partake in the after-dinner dancing but enjoyed themselves nonetheless. Cake cutting and dinner service went great. Mr. and Mrs. Hock and friends had an amazing time.
One more grad dinner down. They arrived very slowly between 6-6:45 and didn't sit to eat/go through the buffet until also 7:30. Yet another longer program, which afterwards they enjoyed a couple more cocktails before leaving around 10:30, almost 11. No issues to report
Slow day with only 97 covers but high sales. We had a private birthday party for Mrs./Mr. Fisher's daughter for 25 people (they did not order food ). We cut and served their cake; they both were very pleased with everything. It started to rain but that didn't affect the kitchen no one was at the pool but 2 families. Real chill day :) Pool house sales: 623.94 Summerhouse sales: 1703.54 Covers: 97 Tiffany Owens MOD
This event was held in the Lounge. They started behind because it took them a while to setup. They ended up using our glasses and some of our silverware as well. Mrs. Lowe was very happy though.
The event went very well and on time. The host was very pleased. They did go over the original guest count, but there was plenty of food.
Busiest Friday night we’ve done in a while! We were well staffed for the night and everyone seemed pleased overall! The bar was busy and most everyone stayed for dinner. We had a few larger parties join us, Ms Boardman brought her granddaughter in for dinner, we celebrated a birthday for the Holloway’s!
Everything went well. They were a bit behind schedule as far as our timeline was concerned, but they (eventually) killed the buffet and went promptly into their meeting. This also ran a little longer, until a little after 10. All went well though; no issues to report
Great day at the summerhouse! We had a steady lunch with most of our regulars including the cagles, and the Bowers. It was also a great fiesta night! Also fairly steady with nothing but compliments. Very slow lunch today. There was a meeting in founders, in which they did not want to be checked on a lot. Mr Bell joined us and we had quite a few to go orders. No issues to report
Fairly busy start to the day again with tennis camp and golf camp. We then died off around 1pm with not much business until the pool re-opened. Pizza night was extremely busy with swim practice and the membership was very excited to have the pool back. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report. Another good night for the gentlemen. Tiffany and Dallah took care of them for the first time and service went great! No hiccups or mistakes in the ordering process at all. No issues
Fairly slow day for the summerhouse! We started off the morning fairly busy with golf camp and tennis camp. However, due to the lack of business we were able to sort the walk in, dry storage, and lower level storage at the summerhouse. The pool closure kept a lot of the membership away. We made cuts accordingly throughout the day. No issues to report Total Covers: 38 Total Sales: 562.95
busy lunch in TH for a tuesday. Jack Claussen was a 4top on the patio today. The Lanier Family Joined us.
