another quiet day after the 4th. we had a few members in. Typical 4th of July. The Bedders, Clarkes, Cagles, Echols, and the Leveretts kid joined us for breakfast. 9 covers. The Clapps brought Mrs. Clapps mom for lunch. Dr. Fishbein and his wife grabbed a bite after his round. Dr. and Mrs. O'brien grabbed a quick bite as well. 30 covers. No issues to report.

First lobster night was steady, but we haven;t gotten to the crazy part yet. The Smiths were here for lobster naturally. Mr Gemme enjoyed his lobster. The Doziers also joined for lobster. Lots of compliments during the night. No issues to report.

Dinner service was a dud. When shift changed at 3 most of the members left the pool. Kitchen closed at four. Im sure there was a lunch rush i.e. 75 covers. Staff stayed busy doing check list. pretty quiet normal day. Mr. Dozier and guest had a business luncheon and salad bar . the Garrett sisters were joined with a guest as well in the dining room. Mr. Morris and family had lunch in the bar. mrs. stout and daughter were on the patio today. there were a few tennis group that dined with us after playing. we sold 5 bowls and 1 lunch special. no issues

Steady night in Titleholders very busy but not overwhelming! Staff did great! Overall members kept pleased with service and we celebrated a birthday with the Popes tonight! No issues to report!

This event was held in the lounge. The event started on time. We made a few adjustments with Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Bernstein. They were very happy with the setup. Passing of Champagne went well. We did have a candle get knocked over and it burned a hole in the overlay. It was quickly extinguished and the water was mopped. We quickly put out a wet floor sign. The guests really enjoyed their entertainment as well.

Steady 2 for 1 night. The Vaughns had a larger group than usual today. The Echols enjoyed a cocktail in the dining room while waiting for a table in the bar to come available. We treated Judge Bowden with a dessert for his birthday. The special was popular tonight getting compliments from Mr. Mills and the Mccutcheons. No issues to report.

Dinner shift tonight went smoothly! We were joined by the Murray’s and the Skeltons for dinner, we also had an our board come down have some drinks in the men’s grill and then move to TH with their wives! Compliments on the dishes and cocktails tonight. Overall great dinner shift no issues to report.

Good night for BOG all around. Everything went quick and easy, wine picks and dinner were a hit. No issues!

slow tuesday . we had a server call out but it did not affect anything . angela and amador did great with rotating tables. Our bridge ladies joined us on the terrace ; Flythe covered the enite bill. Pia and Brooke Hagler had lunch with Mrs. Claussen. Mr. McDaniel had lunch with two other guests. in the bar. no issues today. we sold 4 bowls and 5 specials.

Steady Day at the Summerhouse. We had a fairly steady lunch with most of our regulars. We also had late dinner rush, including the Haddens, the Ashmores, and the Dinos. Pretty steady but not to busy lunch shift . We sold 2 bowls and 5 specials . The action stations shrimp stir fry was really popular. Mr. Thurman and children joined us in the bar , he particularly loved the action station and ordered the Italian sub special to go . The McCall Lamar group also dined with us per usua. The Barrets and Owens had lunch in the dining room, Mrs Vaughn, daughter, and grands love breakfast and said everything was great! Boardman, Morris, Simkin, and Emily Stevenson enjoyed brunch with champagne and wines . Savannah and I communicated through out the shift keeping up with everything and preparing for pasta night . We made a few cuts around 145/2pm. All servers except one worked a double . Smooth shift full staff and no issues new Dra ; Kayla trained with Alexis today

Steady dinner service, we got a good bit of walk ins! Pasta line was never too backed up and everyone seemed to enjoy their service! Aquinde and Huggins family joined us for their Sunday night pasta and seemed to have a good night it’s good to see them all getting together! All around good night no issues on our side!
