Today was a HOT one! Lunch shift only had 43 covers. Kitchen closed early an set up for swim meet buffet. Members arrived on time an because of weather the meet was canceled. Dinner service was a dud. When shift changed at 3 most of the members left the pool. Kitchen closed at four. Im sure there was a lunch rush i.e. 75 covers. Staff stayed busy doing check list.
