The Field Report

A little slower than usual for a Sunday breakfast. 52 covers. The Echols came in as usual. The only bump in the road we had was Mrs. Thompson claimed to have found a piece of literal rock in her champions breakfast. We aren't really sure how that happened, but we replaced it and took it off the bill. Lunch started out steady and stayed that way until just after 1pm. The Dudleys and Morgan families enjoyed lunch together. The Mccall group was only 4 people today. The Haddens joined us as usual as did the Thurmans. The Morris' had a large group today. No issues to report. 13 specials, 2 bowls, and 9 action station.

Good night tonight Mcgee came in to grab drinks and celebrate his 40th birthday with friends! Staff did great, members seemed to enjoy their night and meals no issues to report!

Steady all day today. No Mexican night due to weather. Pool closed early and about 4 families came in for dinner. Staff stayed busy by DEEP CLEANING walls doors etc! Great 241 night! The weather got a little rough… but we were able to move the tables inside! We had a the Klosinskis join us for dinner they seemed to enjoy spending time with some friends! We were also joined the Hunters they’ve been out of town always good to see them! No issues and overall a very good night!

A much needed busy day at the summer house. Lunch shift was steady. Joe let me know earlier in the day that Parent Child golf tournament would be over due to weather. 50 members and kids came but did not rush us too much on dinner shift, more drinks than anything. Families that did order stayed over to eat even after closing we did not rush them of course. Pool closed early. Members were happy with the fast service. TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY! Super slow Thursday lunch . We were joined by Denise smith and her bridge group . AU president Russell Keen and guest joined us on the terrace . Kaitlyn Adams and husband had the salad bar . We had the Teston/sherman/nixon tennis group in as well . Mrs. Rice had a friend join her in the dining room . full stafff no bowls or specials sold

Pretty solid lobster night! Most everyone ate lobster tonight we were able to accommodate all walk ins that wanted lobster as well! Got a good little late crowd from GA Profits who stuck around a cocktailed. Overall great night no issues to report!

Steady shift . No issues . Full staff

We had a steady lunch today in the TH. The McKinney party In the founders went well. Dr. and Mrs. Cheeks joined us for lunch today after a long time away from the club. We were also joined by the tennis ladies and all of our Tuesday usuals. No issues to report.

The weather washed the members away. There was no dinner shift. We sold the hotdogs and thats about it. Once the pool closed the members left with it. Pool bar had one sale all day. Lunch shift started off slow then we got hit with a nice rush. Large parties of 6-10 members with there families and friends. Kitchen got the food out in a timely manner. Differently paced night compared to the rest of the week but a good one! Overall great dinner shift no issues to report!

Busy start to dinner service tonight! We had a full bar beginning around 4:30pm until about closing time tonight! The wine tasting went off with a bang! Everyone had very pleasant things to say about the selection. We were joined by the Parrish’s and the Gladd’s tonight who enjoyed dinner with the Loebls and O’Briens! Overall great dinner shift no issues to report!

This event took place in the Lounge. Quick little post dinner cocktail before the wedding tomorrow! The bars got hit hard in the first hour but everyone cleared out by 11. No issues

Another busy night, but atleast we were expecting it tonight. Not as many, but still quite a few to go orders for the GSGA people. The bar was almost full before 6. The Abbotts and Surretts sat in the dining room because the live music is too loud for them. The Echols and Armstrongs dined in a booth since their usual table on Friday nights was taken. The Woods and Davidsons joined us as usual. We got Mr. Stevensons girlfriend set up at 67. The Angelos hosted a party of 8 at table 70. No issues to report.

the shift was steady through out the day . with it being the first day of GSGA practice rounds, we were much slower than we expected. I made server cuts at 1pm and 2 pm. GSGA was an 8 top again today. Gardell Lewis luncheon in founders went very well . Amador did a great job and they all left very happy. Mostly members joined us today. The Schmidt and Peterson family joined us today as an 11 top. The Harpley's were in attendance. Mrs. Sayer, Clapp and Porubsky enjoyed a girls luncheon as well. A few late tables walked through TH but all decided to dine in MG. we sold 1 bowl.

Today was a HOT one! Lunch shift only had 43 covers. Kitchen closed early an set up for swim meet buffet. Members arrived on time an because of weather the meet was canceled. steady lunch shift. we did have a pop around 1215. alot of our tables came at once. we got them all checked in at once and took drink orders. we sold 1 lunch special and 4 bowls. James Trotter had a reservation for a 10top in the bar. Dr. Paul Trotter and his staff were a 16 top in the founders room. Amador took both. Meg Duckworth had a meeting with Mrs. Welsh and Mrs. Hogg. Preston Moss joined us in TH as well with a guest. GSGA officially kicks off tomorrow. Jerry Howington and a group from GSGA were an 8 top at table 5. Tennis ladies were a 9 top at table 7. busy day but no issues

Only 26 today for the Bar. Not much too say, they ate and had their meeting super quickly, in only almost over an hour. No issues!

Pretty busy lunch . More than we expected with it still being the 4th of July weekend. We were down a server and food runner but we managed very well. New server in training Alexander did great with jackey .
