The Report
This event was held in the lounge. The event started on time. We made a few adjustments with Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Bernstein. They were very happy with the setup. Passing of Champagne went well. We did have a candle get knocked over and it burned a hole in the overlay. It was quickly extinguished and the water was mopped. We quickly put out a wet floor sign. The guests really enjoyed their entertainment as well.
Issues
-Mrs. Jones and Mrs.Bernstein both noticed that some items were missing from the food tables. They were both very adamant that they wanted the stuffed potatoes and watermelon skewers to be placed on the table. I explained to them why they were passed and they insisted that they be placed on the food table so I was happy to oblige.
-Mrs. Jones aslo noticed that she didn't see Meiomi on the bar. I told her that their was an issue with the vendor and she was ok.
-Mrs. Jones asked for the other Salmon for a brunch she is hosting. I let her that because her numbers went done the kitchen did not prepare the other salmon. She just wanted to be very sure she was not going to be charged. She also asked me if she could take the leftover salmon home and I let her know our food safety policy.
