Busier than expected Tuesday night! The patio filled up quickly due to the wonderful weather! We were joined by the Grantham's, the Angelo's, and the White's who all said everything was wonderful. We also had a group of ladies playing Mahjong in the ladies locker room served by Morgan. The last groups to leave were the Berry's and the Gunnels'. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

We started off strong tonight most tables stayed up until around when POPS started! At one point tonight every table in the restaurant was sat. Service went great we even had one table compliment Damian's water refilling capabilities and said it was the "best water service they've had in 13 years." Overall a great night and the few complaints had were out of anyone's control, all of them dealt with walk ins and the restaurant being at max capacity or they refused to sit in the dining room.

Another annual Heritage dinner down. No veranda bar tonight due to weather but maybe next time we could put a bar in the corner of the lounge or living room....the main lounge bar was SLAMMED. Staff killed it on the floor during service. Claude stayed on top of pouring wine all night and everyone else jumped in between courses. Not a lot of takers on the hammers this evening, a lot of people also left almost right after dinner. No huge issues! Solid night

This event was held in the Lounge. Tiffany and the team made sure the special meals were taken care of. We did have an issue with a to-go box...a lady VERY adamantly told Tiffany she would be taking one after being told our policy, however when I walked up to talk to her she said never mind and that it was fine. Other than that, smooth sailing for this one

Nothing much to say here, when the hostess arrived she had us take away some seating to make it the right number (24) but we ended up with a couple less anyways. We also added a mic and took away the TV Their speaker did drag on well past the time we talked about for lunch, but all was well.

Great little pasta night! We as per usual went through a good bit of pasta the wine pairing for this Sunday was pretty popular as a higher end option! No complaints to me other than Ms Dolan was upset that some girls were sitting in the dining room without their parents but they honestly weren’t bothering anyone.

First snow in a very long time! It was a very uncertain morning. We had many call outs due to the weather. The parrots sat at table 72 and absolutely loved the snow view with breakfast. It definitely didn’t feel like a normal day at ACC . Mrs Malchow came in and got 3to go breakfast buffets. we closed early before lunch due to the ice and snow and precaution of members and staff
