First Torch of the year! Same old same old...however we had some confusion about all the special meals. Just a lot of guests saying different things to staff but it all worked out in the end. And then there were, of course, a couple more people that wanted the pie as opposed to the mousse. I offered sorbet or another option but again they were fine. No real issues

Steady lunch today! We had no one eat before 12:30 with almost all of our tables sitting at once. We were joined by most of our regulars including Mrs. Tucker, the Wards, and the Thigpen family. Mrs. Hagler complained that her sandwich was "floppy" which was immediately corrected. Also, Mrs. Tucker complained that her burger was overcooked so we quickly had it remade. Total lunch specials sold: 1. I made cuts accordingly through the shift. The staff did a wonderful job as always.

Great Pasta Night! We were immediately busy at 6pm. By about 6:30pm every table in the restaurant was filled. However, our service team handled it beautifully and were able to sit multiple walk ins as well. We had most of our regulars including the Haddens, The Birds, and the Pages. Who all said everything was great! After about 9:50pm we were able to quickly flip the restaurant for Christmas eve service, thanks to our DRA and food runner teams.

Great last brunch for the season. Definitely a few no-shows again, which made for a slower than usual brunch service but it worked all in our favor. Not much to say, we've been rinsing and repeating every Sunday this month and have absolutely killed it. Super proud of everyone

This event took place in the Lounge. A lot going on for the debs this time around....the host came in about an hour before scheduled arrival and was perplexed by the gingerbread setup. We ended up unwrapping the houses (very early) and got bowls to put the candy in (as much as we could fit). Apparently there was also an expectation of wet wipes for the girls for after said gingerbread house-making. They all got up to wash their hands instead. There were also a few extra people not accounted for, luckily the kitchen was able to accommodate easily. Other than that, there were no real/pressing issues

Tournament had 120 players. Shotgun start at 11 had us manning the bar for beer bags and drinks before they left. Lunch ended up being busy. The room filled. A good bit of business was from college kids as they are off for xmas. We had then HHD food table set and ready around 2. Just after 4 is when the wave hit. The room quickly filled. Damion and myself took care of the floor as Levon had the bar. All went well. We were busy for the first 40 is minutes before the crowd started to leave. By dinner service, we had 2 tables of our regular cars players. No issues. Krs.

Quick and easy! The hosts were concerned about the band in the ballroom playing while they were in their presentation, but the two never overlapped. About 80% of the room left immediately after said presentation but Shannon, Marrissa and Taylor did their thing in the room for the small crowd regardless

Very unexpectedly slow night for this group. We thought that guests were just trickling in slowly, but by 7:30 the max amount of people in the ballroom was 80-85 (maybe). That being said, we staffed for over 100 so everyone was on their game! Staff did a good job staying on the floors and replenishing bar/buffet if needed
