Tap House

we did have a rather large bridge group in for lunch. Mrs. Wards group of 9 and Mrs. Upton group of 4. there was a miscommunication with Jessica and the hostess that they were two separate tables . all food all 13 entrees were rang in under table 5 . once the ladies arrived, Mrs. Strozier notified Jessica that there food was not at table 62 and Jessica replied "All the food is at the other table, you can walk over and pick out your meal" . Mrs. Strozier was very upset by her response and she found me in the dining room to tell me what was said. she said it was unprofessional and rude especially because she did not know what other members ordered. i dis speak with Jessica and expressed the importance of how we give service and how it was unprofessional of her to say, she understood. I comped their meals Owen did serve Brett in the TH and it wasn't the best experience.
