The Report
Another annual Heritage dinner down. No veranda bar tonight due to weather but maybe next time we could put a bar in the corner of the lounge or living room....the main lounge bar was SLAMMED.
Staff killed it on the floor during service. Claude stayed on top of pouring wine all night and everyone else jumped in between courses.
Not a lot of takers on the hammers this evening, a lot of people also left almost right after dinner.
No huge issues! Solid night
Issues
There was some upset with the glassware at the lounge in the beginning (old fashioned in a red wine glass specifically). No one was made aware of the
shortage each time we checked in but next time we'll stay on top of the bars even more
Improvements
Just some small logistics...salt and pepper not being on tables, being behind on bread service.
We'll go back to doing setup sheets for everything
