The Report
Steady night tonight. We started with 54 on the books. We took care of the group for Emily Stevensons birthday. Mrs Hadden and a friend played mahjong at a booth. The Abbotts, Mrs Surrett, Mrs Vaughn, and the Burnetts joined us at table 70. No issues to report.
Issues
Mr. William Bates had a reservation for 4 requesting a booth in the bar at 7:00pm. The bar was full when he came in. He raised his voice at Megan saying they had a reservation even though Megan told him the bar was first come, first serve. He told her he would wait in Men's grille. His table was ready not even 10 minutes after he first came to the podium. I went into the Men's grille and because he was so far in the room, I told Alexander to tell him his table was ready. I was told a few minutes later that he did NOT want his table. Fine by me.

Busier than expected Tuesday night! The patio filled up quickly due to the wonderful weather! We were joined by the Grantham's, the Angelo's, and the White's who all said everything was wonderful. We also had a group of ladies playing Mahjong in the ladies locker room served by Morgan. The last groups to leave were the Berry's and the Gunnels'. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

We started off strong tonight most tables stayed up until around when POPS started! At one point tonight every table in the restaurant was sat. Service went great we even had one table compliment Damian's water refilling capabilities and said it was the "best water service they've had in 13 years." Overall a great night and the few complaints had were out of anyone's control, all of them dealt with walk ins and the restaurant being at max capacity or they refused to sit in the dining room.
