The Report
We started off strong tonight most tables stayed up until around when POPS started! At one point tonight every table in the restaurant was sat. Service went great we even had one table compliment Damian's water refilling capabilities and said it was the "best water service they've had in 13 years." Overall a great night and the few complaints had were out of anyone's control, all of them dealt with walk ins and the restaurant being at max capacity or they refused to sit in the dining room.
Issues
Ashmore walked out on us due to having to wait for a table. Charles and Winn Goodwin claimed we were kicking them out because they did not have a reservation and would have had to wait until another table got up. Soule Slaby was upset that she had to wait for a table in the bar even though she had a reservation when she arrived she could've been sat immediately but refused to sit in the "Brandon Wilde." Martha Mccutcheon was upset about having to sit in the dining room as usual but through a conversation they did sit there.
Improvements
When taking reservations over the phone we need to ensure the front desk specifies that the bar side is first come first serve and a table cannot be held in the bar.

Busier than expected Tuesday night! The patio filled up quickly due to the wonderful weather! We were joined by the Grantham's, the Angelo's, and the White's who all said everything was wonderful. We also had a group of ladies playing Mahjong in the ladies locker room served by Morgan. The last groups to leave were the Berry's and the Gunnels'. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.
