Everything went well for these gentlemen all day. Breakfast was out and ready on time..and Jason stopped in to help them with some IT setup. They ended up not taking their boxed lunches out on the course, but eating them in the WH. Staff did great, no issues

They needed A LOT of help with IT matters.....if we see this group again we need to be sure to anticipate those needs because some of them were unfortunately not able to be facilitated by us at the drop of a hat...day-of (headset mic, multiple mics, maybe just having IT present for setup and sound check, etc). The buffet and service went very smoothly. Staff stayed alert, attentive and knocked it out with ease. Not much else to say; no real issues!!

I remember for school dances when we would get party buses and have CFA catered on them and park in the school lot and just party, anyways the Augusta kids don’t do that… SO with that being said we were a little busy tonight HOWEVER nothing too crazy overall a very good night with no issues to report!

Today was another busy and successful day at bon air today! With a total of 62 covers, we had a ton of big crowds who returned for their first time since bon air reopened! The weekly special was once again the most popular dish today and we sold a lot of margaritas today! Other than that, no problems or issues to report! Having the extra help in the kitchen was awesome and I’m thinking about adding another DRA for Thursday’s and fridays. -Devan

Very steady night tonight like we expected. The timeline for Founder's room was for dinner service to start at 6 after appetizers, however by 6 not all of the guests were here. We tried to wait for everyone to show up, but the guest hosting was upset that we were not going according to the timeline. We got them their food as soon as we could. No other issues to report.

Great night at bon air!!! I think this was the busiest we have ever been with a total of 90 covers. We had multiple parties come in around 5:15 and we didn’t stop til the end of the night. The weekly special, battle burger, was again the top seller with 17 of them being sold. Front of house and back of house had great communication and worked with each other beautifully. Cord Kilpatrick came in and got a to go order and was pleased with the crowd that we had in the restaurant. We had our normal regulars such as the Kilpatrick's, Lopez’s, and Haskins. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Amazing job and I’m so glad bon air is finally getting the recognition it deserves - the staff deserves praise for the hard work they put in for bon air whether it is 20 or 90 people. -Devan

Today at Bon Air was pretty steady and consistent the whole dinner service. Even thought we only had 38 covers, it felt like a lot more because of two 10+ tables we had. We had our normal regulars, such as the McDaniels, Anderson’s, and trotters. Our weekly special, battle burger, was by far the most popular item overstepping the normal smashburger. Everyone was a huge fan and enjoyed every bite. We had our normal Wednesday tennis group and then a group of young teens before their social. Other than that, it was a great night! Staff was on top of everything and it was smooth sailing the whole night. No problems or issues to report

Great event for the Meybohm group today. As guests were flowing in they hit the buffet, and food runners did an amazing job keeping up with refills and cleanliness. Champagne also went out as planned. They did start their meeting a few minutes late which gave us plenty of time to clear the entire room. All hands on deck; staff was awesome today...no issues

Although we had one server today, Dylan was able to delivering great service while staying ahead of his tables. We had normal regulars such as the Lopez’s come in along with the tennis group around 7:30. Overall great smooth night with no issues or problems to report.

GCs & Augusta Bar

Banquet
Jack Montgomery

Augusta Bar: They were very pleased with the buffet compared to service! They also actually had the correct amount of people this time (79). No table moving or adding (or subtracting) necessary. Best Aug Bar meeting we've had in quite some time Heritage: Kevin and the early morning staff rotated over to this garden club. Everything went well and on time! Pine Needle: We were informed by the host on arrival that they needed a table of 7 to make 28 settings all day. Then as we rolled the table in, she decided they only needed 4 settings, so we could just add them to the existing 3 tables. Typical very needy Pine Needle on the service side, but nothing we can't handle. Tiffany and the team did a great job with them as always

Notes \* SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!! Overall the shift was great! Kitchen and Front of house did so good! Obviously 10 minutes before the games started we were bombarded with every single table we were going to have for the night because why not! However, this also quickly became a difficult start for us... in many ways not having a menu or a buffet, per usual, were not the way to go for this evening. This was the busiest Super Bowl night I've worked since starting at the club. As far as the specials everyone was pleased with them, however I do feel they should have come with sides and that would've made it better! I also don't think that having six VERBAL specials without a physical menu was an easy way to navigate the evening it became very confusing (I did go create my own menu just on printer paper and handed them out but it could've been more professional I just didn't have the time). The Nacho station was also a great touch, however a FREE nacho station was not exactly popular for the staff because it didn't make it worth their time especially when a good amount of tables took advantage of that and got nothing else to eat... Drink specials were extremely popular so that saved those servers from being too upset about that! I do think having the normal Sunday menu with maybe one added special for each team would've been a better way to go or sticking to the original plan and doing a buffet for the game would've had a more planned turn out. To Go orders were also a little effected simply because most that called were uninterested in getting the specials to go.

GAGD Meetings 1 & 2

Banquet
Jack Montgomery Wallace House

Both early mornings went went for the GAGD group. They had a few wifi questions/issues but I was able to help them out quickly with no problem. After the first day, the host wanted us to find a way to cover the windows instead of flipping the floor plan the other way to help with the sun. We brought over the ballroom dividers but the host also ordered covers for their next meeting in May. Next time we should definitely put the salads on the buffet...dropping salads on top of where they're working looks a bit silly and they didn't really bother with them anyways. Everything went great! No big issues

Busiest night yet at the Bon air (I think)! We had a ton of families come in with their kids with a total of 71 covers. Smashburgers and hotdogs were the best sellers tonight and had no complains or issues with any of the members. So proud of my FOH team and Reese Hannah and thomas with their amazing performance tonight.
