The Report
The evening started with guests arriving on time and Valet handled the flow of traffic very well. Staff did their best to keep up with the extreme amount of changes and redirections.
Issues
~ Guest Check in with escort cards did not go well. Jack and I had to step in and help people find seats from the RSVP list. The host seemed to be very disorganized and flustered. The host was extremely unprepared and this situation started the night on a downward spiral. Dinner had to be pushed back by an hour.
\*\* The solution would be a round table with an escort card table and a legible seating chart. The club should be in charge of this seating so it doesnt have such a large effect on the timeline and the readiness of the food and/or preset salads. They should task the club with planning services even though there is a fee involved. This would be most helpful for them.
~Per Brett the floor plan was way t0o tight and messy with the farm tables. the loggia could have had at least 2 more tables and rounds would have had a better flow in the room. They also needed to pay closer attention to their RSVP list because there were some 5ft tables that were only sat with 6 people.
~CARD READERS/SQUARES ARE NOT EFFICIENT. For the amount of guests that we had tonight, the bar lines were long. Not due to the bartenders, but because the readers were not able to keep up and kept updating during the shift.
\*\*Tickets would be the best option or figuring a way for guests to start a tab. Also having a wine bar to purchase bottles and glasses of wine would be helpful as well.
~There was a considerable amount of people behind the bar before it was due to be open in the prefunction.
~ROWDY GUESTS!!!! There were guest bringing in mini bottles, cigar smoking and throwing butts in glasses and the ground. There was vaping and wandering intoxicated guests.

Aqu9inas Dinner
Everything went very well tonight. The timeline was seamless, staff was professional, and kitchen was on top of everything as usual. From wine service to presetting salads and desserts, we couldn't have asked for a better night.

Meybohm Lunch
Great event for the Meybohm group today. As guests were flowing in they hit the buffet, and food runners did an amazing job keeping up with refills and cleanliness. Champagne also went out as planned. They did start their meeting a few minutes late which gave us plenty of time to clear the entire room. All hands on deck; staff was awesome today...no issues

GCs & Augusta Bar
Augusta Bar: They were very pleased with the buffet compared to service! They also actually had the correct amount of people this time (79). No table moving or adding (or subtracting) necessary. Best Aug Bar meeting we've had in quite some time
Heritage: Kevin and the early morning staff rotated over to this garden club. Everything went well and on time!
Pine Needle: We were informed by the host on arrival that they needed a table of 7 to make 28 settings all day. Then as we rolled the table in, she decided they only needed 4 settings, so we could just add them to the existing 3 tables. Typical very needy Pine Needle on the service side, but nothing we can't handle. Tiffany and the team did a great job with them as always

Mortgage Bankers & GSGA
Our first two breakfasts of the day went well (Mortgage Bankers in the PDR and GSGA Meeting in the Pres Rm). Kevin, Khoris and Greg were on top of everything. Nothing out of the ordinary; no issues!
