Rick Romeus 62 covers
The Report
Today was another busy and successful day at bon air today! With a total of 62 covers, we had a ton of big crowds who returned for their first time since bon air reopened! The weekly special was once again the most popular dish today and we sold a lot of margaritas today! Other than that, no problems or issues to report! Having the extra help in the kitchen was awesome and I’m thinking about adding another DRA for Thursday’s and fridays.

Today was another very successful night at the Bon Air! With a total of 84 covers, we have our usual group of people with their kids of course. I received a few complaints about how crazy and rambunctious the kids are in the restaurant, but naturally there’s nothing we can really do about that. Maybe we can send an email? BOH and FOH got behind in the middle service but we bounced back and were able to catch up. We definitely would benefit from having a dish washer, and added people in the kitchen and FOH staff. Other than that, all the members were very happy and pleased with their service!

Today was a pretty steady slow lunch service down at Titleholders. With 82 covers, we had lots of 4 tops and members who sat and stayed til the end of service. Junior burger was the most sold as well as bowls of soup. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Overall slow due to Gov Ball preparation.

Tonight was another solid busy night at the Bon air with a total of 64 covers. We had our regulars such as the Lopez’s and the whites. Our dinner special was one of our top sellers along with the smashburger. No issues or problems to report. Solid night with great service. Big thank you to the kitchen staff coming across the street to help us!

Typical slow Wednesday night at Bon air. With 24 covers, we had a few familiar faces such as the ashmoores and the Anderson’s. The bowl was pretty popular but we sold none of the special. Other than that, no complaints no issues during service. Pretty lowkey night with happy full members.

Great night at bon air!!! I think this was the busiest we have ever been with a total of 90 covers. We had multiple parties come in around 5:15 and we didn’t stop til the end of the night. The weekly special, battle burger, was again the top seller with 17 of them being sold. Front of house and back of house had great communication and worked with each other beautifully. Cord Kilpatrick came in and got a to go order and was pleased with the crowd that we had in the restaurant. We had our normal regulars such as the Kilpatrick's, Lopez’s, and Haskins. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Amazing job and I’m so glad bon air is finally getting the recognition it deserves - the staff deserves praise for the hard work they put in for bon air whether it is 20 or 90 people.

Today at Bon Air was pretty steady and consistent the whole dinner service. Even thought we only had 38 covers, it felt like a lot more because of two 10+ tables we had. We had our normal regulars, such as the McDaniels, Anderson’s, and trotters. Our weekly special, battle burger, was by far the most popular item overstepping the normal smashburger. Everyone was a huge fan and enjoyed every bite. We had our normal Wednesday tennis group and then a group of young teens before their social. Other than that, it was a great night! Staff was on top of everything and it was smooth sailing the whole night. No problems or issues to report
