Rick Romeus 82 covers Cloudy
The Report
Today was a pretty steady slow lunch service down at Titleholders. With 82 covers, we had lots of 4 tops and members who sat and stayed til the end of service. Junior burger was the most sold as well as bowls of soup. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Overall slow due to Gov Ball preparation. -Devan

Tonight was an especially busy evening at Bon Air, with many of our regular members coming in to dine with their families and children. We experienced a large wave of guests arriving around the same time, which created a brief period where the dining room and kitchen were moving at a very fast pace. Despite the sudden volume, the team stayed focused and worked together to keep service running smoothly. Communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff was strong, allowing us to manage orders efficiently and keep tables turning. The presence of many families added to the lively atmosphere, and it was great to see so many of our members enjoying time together. Although the rush created a hectic stretch for a bit, the staff handled it well and kept a positive attitude throughout the night. Service recovered quickly, and we were able to maintain good timing and quality for the remainder of the evening. Overall, it was a successful night. Every member was taken care of, and guests left happy, satisfied, and full. Great teamwork from everyone involved.

Typical chill but steady night at Bon Air with a total of 48 covers. The rib special was a huge hit tonight along with the smashburgers once again. We had our normal groups come in such as the Whites, Haglers, and of course the tennis group. No issues or problems to report. Solid great night with great service with the team!!

Today was another very successful night at the Bon Air! With a total of 84 covers, we have our usual group of people with their kids of course. I received a few complaints about how crazy and rambunctious the kids are in the restaurant, but naturally there’s nothing we can really do about that. Maybe we can send an email? BOH and FOH got behind in the middle service but we bounced back and were able to catch up. We definitely would benefit from having a dish washer, and added people in the kitchen and FOH staff. Other than that, all the members were very happy and pleased with their service!

Typical slow Wednesday night at Bon air. With 24 covers, we had a few familiar faces such as the ashmoores and the Anderson’s. The bowl was pretty popular but we sold none of the special. Other than that, no complaints no issues during service. Pretty lowkey night with happy full members.

Today was another busy and successful day at bon air today! With a total of 62 covers, we had a ton of big crowds who returned for their first time since bon air reopened! The weekly special was once again the most popular dish today and we sold a lot of margaritas today! Other than that, no problems or issues to report! Having the extra help in the kitchen was awesome and I’m thinking about adding another DRA for Thursday’s and fridays. -Devan
