Ladies wine night went amazing!!! Had nothing but great feedback on the set up, wine and tapas! Most everyone jumped right in with SAO Sparkling Rose and it was nothing but smooth sailing from there Maria and I did a hefty amount in wine sales! Lots of our ladies enjoyed the wines so much they wanted to take them home! Overall a great night and I believe I was told approximately 30 times we needed to do another champagne night haha! Great night with no issues.

Steady lunch with no issues. we had quite a few groups of tennis ladies in today. MS SANCKEN AND FRIENDS HAD LUNCH AND PLAYED CARDS. Mrs Upton and friends played bridge and came down from ladies lounge. Beck Skinner and two guests had lunch in the bar. Mrs. Weigle had lunch with friends on the terrace. full staff and everyone did a great job 2 bowls and 4 specials.

Another Exchange Meeting down for the group after a short week-break. Everything went well and once again we were left with no salads left! Big hit.

Slow night. The Sanckens snagged their usual booth for dinner. Mrs Williams and a guest dined on the patio. The Hunters ate at the bar. 4 bowls. No issues to report.

Steady but not busy. pool was pretty steady, a little busy. A member had a few guest. Quiet night tonight. The Mannings and the Mrs. parents enjoyed family dinner outside. The Austins and Geoffroys also chose the patio for dinner. Mr. Hatcher entertained a guest. The Nalleys enjoyed dinner with their granddaughter. The Henson dinner in founders room went swimmingly; they wound up having 13 people instead of 10. No issues to report. 4 specials, 3 catches, 1 app, 1 bowl.

Slow Tuesday per usual. The tennis ladies sat in the bar . We had a few tables on the patio . A new server in training , Owenbpasses his server test and menu with me . We did have late staff arrive but management held things together . Overall it was a good shift with the one mishap of seating .

Sunday pasta night success! We had a great start to the night celebrating Lionel Prather's birthday the group enjoyed a champagne toast we set up and dinner afterwards! When then hopped into a great night in the lounge Dr Whitehouse had nothing but good feedback from his dinner being taken care of by Shawn! The restaurant was busy and all was well. The staff was on task and members were very pleased! The night went beautifully and I have not a single issue to report😆

The wedding went very well considering all the small details. Guests were very pleased with the food and service. There were a lot of compliments. The timeline was a bit off, but the planning staff was able to quickly makeup "lost time." Only one extra cake was used and the three left were sent back with planner/couple. There were no issues with hammers, however they were not as popular. They were not passed around by servers. We placed them on the bar as directed and a lot of them were thrown away. There were also a lot of sliders(Late night snack) thrown away as well.

Great bridal lunch for the ladies. ( They loved the pink mimosa w/ the dust :) ) We added two settings, one of which we didn't end up needing. Everyone sat a little after 11:30 and got right to the buffet. No issues; the ladies had an amazing time

busy and steady Thursday lunch. the patio was a member favorite now that the weather is nice. we had a strong team yesterday that handle every table very well. Mr. sell had a long lunch today in the bar with 2 friends. tennis ladies were an 8 top on the patio. mr. Mercier had a business lunch in the bar as well. Claussen and haglers had lunch after tennis also. ms. Campbell stopped by during lunch break for a quick solo lunch on the patio . no issues reported

Everything went well; during the setup with Mrs. Beckum the night prior, she had Kevin add a table to spread out the seating. Staff got everything ready to receive the ladies by 12. Very cut and dry lunch service, nothing too much for us to do except drop and clear

Slow at the beginning of shift then got busy for Pizza night. Pool Bar was also busy. Happy and Thankful members. Mr. Badger, Mr. Johnson, and Mr. Parott all came to eat pizza, have drinks and swim. Pretty steady night with those who attended prospective member joining us for dinner. The Aquinde’s ate at the bar. The Meybohms grabbed a quick dinner in the bar. Mr. Cain hosted some guests on the patio. Mrs. Overstreet caught up with the Schillings who live out of town. No issues to report.

Very steady but busy shift today . The Lopez family joined us for breakfast instead of lunch today.the usual McCall family , Thurman, bunny Williams and cagles were in today . Dr.Kay and sons were in attendance. Ticket times were good today . We had a few moments through out shift that numerous tickets came through. BOH did a groom job getting food out quickly. A few minor errors on tickets but they were easy fixes. Overall great teamwork and communication today . No issues were reported to management

Slow night until about the last hour and a half then became busy. a couple of people received fries and didn't want them, the error was fixed. Mrs. Adams, Mr. Parrott, and Mr. Ashmore were all here all had drinks and a couple ate. Short staffed with 3 staff and myself, as well as 1 on the bar. Marrissa was pulled to lifeguard. We did numbers today! 100 covers! It was busy from time we opened till we closed. Members came early to enjoy the pool and were happy the kitchen was open. A few mumbles about wait times due to large orders and kitchen not having everything they needed but nothing too deep. Staff kept up with the pace everybody stepped up to help. Steady Friday . we had a few groups of people in today. the tennis groups were back after a long summer. bridge ladies were an 8 top today. Lester, weigle, trammel, and mehrhof dined on the patio with their skinny Rita. Mr. christman and his youngest daughter joined us in the bar. Mr. Bell and family celebrated mrs. bell sister's birthday in the dining room as a 5 top. Mrs engler had a business meeting on the terrace. Mrs. Litchfield had guests from out of town join her. Mrs. meybohm, Bowles, haun, Edmondson, and Parham gf had lunch in the bar. they stayed well after lunch and into dinner. Sanya took care of them and transferred their service to the bartender. we had a full staff and sold 8 lunch specials and no bowls.
