The Report

Everything went well; during the setup with Mrs. Beckum the night prior, she had Kevin add a table to spread out the seating. Staff got everything ready to receive the ladies by 12. Very cut and dry lunch service, nothing too much for us to do except drop and clear

Issues

Will work on communicating more clearly with staff or with more frequency. Just a couple small things that we had already went over were not done/incorrect (watering down too early after being told a specific time, not having trays for passing after again being told to have them, egregious miscommunications about the reset after I made an itemized list).. but it seems to be becoming a pattern, hopefully busy season will get everyone back to normal

Exchange Club

Another Exchange Meeting down for the group after a short week-break. Everything went well and once again we were left with no salads left! Big hit.

Pipkin Wedding

The wedding went very well considering all the small details. Guests were very pleased with the food and service. There were a lot of compliments. The timeline was a bit off, but the planning staff was able to quickly makeup "lost time." Only one extra cake was used and the three left were sent back with planner/couple. There were no issues with hammers, however they were not as popular. They were not passed around by servers. We placed them on the bar as directed and a lot of them were thrown away. There were also a lot of sliders(Late night snack) thrown away as well.

Pipkin Bridesmaids Lunch

Great bridal lunch for the ladies. ( They loved the pink mimosa w/ the dust :) ) We added two settings, one of which we didn't end up needing. Everyone sat a little after 11:30 and got right to the buffet. No issues; the ladies had an amazing time
