Quiet night tonight. The Mannings and the Mrs. parents enjoyed family dinner outside. The Austins and Geoffroys also chose the patio for dinner. Mr. Hatcher entertained a guest. The Nalleys enjoyed dinner with their granddaughter. The Henson dinner in founders room went swimmingly; they wound up having 13 people instead of 10. No issues to report. 4 specials, 3 catches, 1 app, 1 bowl.

Slow Tuesday per usual. The tennis ladies sat in the bar . We had a few tables on the patio . A new server in training , Owenbpasses his server test and menu with me . We did have late staff arrive but management held things together . Overall it was a good shift with the one mishap of seating .

Sunday pasta night success! We had a great start to the night celebrating Lionel Prather's birthday the group enjoyed a champagne toast we set up and dinner afterwards! When then hopped into a great night in the lounge Dr Whitehouse had nothing but good feedback from his dinner being taken care of by Shawn! The restaurant was busy and all was well. The staff was on task and members were very pleased! The night went beautifully and I have not a single issue to report😆

busy and steady Thursday lunch. the patio was a member favorite now that the weather is nice. we had a strong team yesterday that handle every table very well. Mr. sell had a long lunch today in the bar with 2 friends. tennis ladies were an 8 top on the patio. mr. Mercier had a business lunch in the bar as well. Claussen and haglers had lunch after tennis also. ms. Campbell stopped by during lunch break for a quick solo lunch on the patio . no issues reported

Very steady but busy shift today . The Lopez family joined us for breakfast instead of lunch today.the usual McCall family , Thurman, bunny Williams and cagles were in today . Dr.Kay and sons were in attendance. Ticket times were good today . We had a few moments through out shift that numerous tickets came through. BOH did a groom job getting food out quickly. A few minor errors on tickets but they were easy fixes. Overall great teamwork and communication today . No issues were reported to management

Steady Friday . we had a few groups of people in today. the tennis groups were back after a long summer. bridge ladies were an 8 top today. Lester, weigle, trammel, and mehrhof dined on the patio with their skinny Rita. Mr. christman and his youngest daughter joined us in the bar. Mr. Bell and family celebrated mrs. bell sister's birthday in the dining room as a 5 top. Mrs engler had a business meeting on the terrace. Mrs. Litchfield had guests from out of town join her. Mrs. meybohm, Bowles, haun, Edmondson, and Parham gf had lunch in the bar. they stayed well after lunch and into dinner. Sanya took care of them and transferred their service to the bartender. we had a full staff and sold 8 lunch specials and no bowls.
