The Field Report

This event was held in the Lounge. Another good night for the gentlemen. We did have an extra person come once we had served salads which caused some confusion with serving and dropping...but it was settled and no extra entrees had to be made. No other issues! Everything went well considered

typical wednesday lunch. we had our usual members in today, denise smith bridge group on terrace, mr bell and son in the dining room, Kat McCall had lunch on the patio today. had a few moms in today celebrating their kids going back to school. Dr. Trotter and staff had lunch in the founders room celebrating one of the ladies birthday. Sarah took care of them. we had a full staff and everything was cleaned and checked out by 245pm.

Pretty slow for dinner tonight. We had 6 tables. The Sanckens celebrated a guests birthday, and enjoyed Alexander's service. The Heigles had a family dinner. The Kilpatricks ate a quick dinner. The Bedders and Mrs. Mccallie dined at the bar alongside the McDaniels. No issues to report. 2 bowls, 2 catches, 3 apps.

very busy for a Tuesday lunch shift. restaurant full of children everywhere . EDS had orientation and students had a half day. many parent members brought in their kids and sat together . the Godwin family made reservations for 18. the yawn, and Folley family joined them. Mrs. Cagle and her youngest family had lunch in the dining room. Bunny Williams and the Bowden's joined us at table 13 per usual . the shift ran smooth and everyone did a great job working together. shout to valentine tatum and megan for getting tables turned quickly we sold 4 bowls and 2 specials.

Another Augusta Bar down this afternoon. We were short a few from expected and accommodated 2 veg entrees. Uneventful as always w/ no issues!

Busy dinner night, we celebrated Ms Hickman mother’s birthday! They had a great night served by Angela, also were joined by the Huggins family tonight always good to see them out! Really good night no issues to report!

Great Saturday night we were joined by the Overstreets and its always good to see them! We had a few bigger tables enjoying time with family, everyone was pleased with service and i have no issues to report!

Today was super busy. This was on of our busier Saturdays since school started back. The lunch special was a big hit! Fried shrimp tacos with bang bang sauce. The members really took advantage of the half off drink specials. We were steady thru dinner service. Mr. Ashemore was a little irritated due to longer wait times for big family orders but we remedied the situation. Successful baby shower for the ladies today. They arrived a little early for mimosas and hung out after lunch and presents until about 2/2:30. It did get a little warm so staff and I made sure to at least keep the doors shut at all times (when possible) to mitigate the heat. All went well though!

Steady dinner service tonight we were joined by most of our friday usuals but did not have a large happy hour crowd. overall a great night staff was focused and on task. no issues to report

Busier day today. Lunch was steady all day lots of member kids here today. Burger night got washed out. Members didnt feel like waiting an left :( Pool bar actually had some sales today! Pretty busy but steady Friday lunch shift . Many members sat in the bar today . Mrs Lamar and Kat McCall dined at table 71 and Mrs Boardman later joined them . Dr snelling and usual guest had lunch at 70 and he joined Parham Girlfriend and Ms Bowles after for drinks . Mrs Jones, Claussen and Fisher celebrated Mrs. Sherman birthday today . Walker posey and guest joined us . We had quite a few bridge ladies in as well . The 14 top Norris meeting came down for a few rounds of drinks and lunch in the founders room. Angela took care of them . Everyone enjoyed themselves . we sold 3 bowls and 6 lunch specials . The crab cake special did really well today

Steady night! We enjoyed the company of many of our Thursday regulars other than, we are continuing serving many of new items and the 241’s were very popular! A very good night in TH, no issues to report!

Hump day. Shotgun tee off at 1:30pm. Lunch started normal but picked up whe. The golfers started to arive. Room filled. The new panini options on the menu were well liked. Players hit the bar before heading out. We got the after play buffet table set immediately after lunch. Players started to come in justva bit after 5:30. Room quickly filled. The team did great. Members enjoyed the food. Eventually, they left andee were back to our regular card players. No issues. KRS

new menu went well today. all servers did a great job expressing to members our new menu in detail. the Schmidt and Peterson families ordered quite a few new items. they loved everything but suggested adding more sauce on the cordon bleu panini. Mr Bell who loved the burratta salad reverted to his usual salmon caesar . all was well in TH

Decent turn out despite the weather. We had a pop up in Founder's room for Mr. Mercier. They had a nice business dinner. The Klacsmanns, Mr. Bell, and Mr. Daniel enjoyed dinner and wine in a booth. The Sanckens joined us with a few guests. Mrs. Munday came in with some ladies for a girls night out. No issues to report.

Steady lunch shift for a very rainy day . Full staff no issues to report . We sold 2 chefs bowls The Berry family were an 8 top and dined on the terrace at table 1. Juli Means and daughter had lunch in the bar . Do Douglass and wife also dined in the bar . Jessica took care of the Thurman Thursday lunch group 10 top in founders . Mrs Thurman and guest are in the bar . Cagle family joined us as well . Kat McCall had a business lunch at table 72.

First members arrived around 11:30am. We were steady all day for lunch. Right before closing 3 big families came in to eat. Khoris got pulled over to titles holders they were super busy. Steady day, dead night. No one came in after 3:00 Pool shut down About 2:00 and for the evening about 3:00 due to Thunderstorms and lightening. Calise was on the schedule but wasn't suppose to be and Victoria called out with personal problems About 12:30 for her 3:30 shift. I sent 3 people home about 5:30 per Joes suggestion. Dinner service was steady tonight, we had mostly our regular Friday night crowd with a few of our newer members for dinner tonight! Everyone seemed pleased with dinner tonight and overall we had a wonderful evening!

BURGER NIGHT!!! To no surprise burger night was very much a success. Started off slow but once that wonderful grill smell hit the air the pool cleared out an the members lined up! Busy Thursday night! We began the night with 130 covers and were prepared for a full house! The Founders room enjoyed their dinner and had plenty of compliments for Tori! Ms Vaughn rejoined us tonight for dinner it was very good to see her out and about! The Pendergrass's also came in tonight and enjoyed dinner! Overall a pretty good shift, staff worked hard and well together, but some issues definitely to be discussed.
