Tap House

Tonight we started off with our first reservation the Hardins. He came up to the bar hostess stand prior to service at 5:30pm and was greeted and sat in the dining room immediately after shoving his finger in Megan's face. While being taken to his table Mr. Hardin proceeded to yell through the restaurant "This is bullshit, why the fuck do i have to walk all the way to bar to be sat in here. I mean this is really horseshit." Members sitting at the bar heard him as well as staff. Mr. Henson had a party of 5 tonight and wanted to sit in a booth so extra setting had to be grabbed for his table Jackey had the last setting and as she was going to put it down Mr. Henson moved his to a different spot but it was easier for Jackey to move it back to its original position and set the last one down in front of a guest. He proceeded to loudly berate her about how she was to not move things from where he has put them and this left his guest speechless. The Ladies locker room had 12 and Jackey started them off with drinks and appetizers then took their food order which only consisted of 3 meals. We were in the middle of our rush when the food came out Syncere dropped the food outside of the locker and proceeded to let Jackey know in the time it took her to walk down the hallway they had saw their food sitting on the tray jack then took the food themselves said it was cold and came to the bar to complain and grab another round of drinks. They did not want the food remade after we offered and then we decided to comp the three meals.

Ladies locker food could have been left in kitchen and been ran by a female directly from there. More of a notice for a ladies game night to be appropriately staffed in order to combat the extra need.
