Slow night until about the last hour and a half then became busy. a couple of people received fries and didn't want them, the error was fixed. We did numbers today! 100 covers! It was busy from time we opened till we closed. Members came early to enjoy the pool and were happy the kitchen was open. A few mumbles about wait times due to large orders and kitchen not having everything they needed but nothing too deep. Staff kept up with the pace everybody stepped up to help. Today was super busy. This was on of our busier Saturdays since school started back. The lunch special was a big hit! Fried shrimp tacos with bang bang sauce. The members really took advantage of the half off drink specials. We were steady thru dinner service. Mr. Ashemore was a little irritated due to longer wait times for big family orders but we remedied the situation.
