Busy Day for Labor day Bar B Que. Clear Sunny Day. Pool closed at %:00 due to accident in the pool..no sales after that in the summer house. cleaned up. I only heard of 1 complaint of the pork loin not being good. everyone appeared to be Happy with everything when i went around table to table and asked. Pool Bar busy with 4 staff on it. Slow night had a few people for Hamburger night. Mr. Ashmore, Mr. Stewart, and Perdue came for swimming and dinner. No incidents everyone was pleased. Full crew. Just sold Hot dogs and snacks. Hamburger night $210.00 Summer House $460.60

Ladies wine night went amazing!!! Had nothing but great feedback on the set up, wine and tapas! Most everyone jumped right in with SAO Sparkling Rose and it was nothing but smooth sailing from there Maria and I did a hefty amount in wine sales! Lots of our ladies enjoyed the wines so much they wanted to take them home! Overall a great night and I believe I was told approximately 30 times we needed to do another champagne night haha! Great night with no issues.
