THE EVENT VERY WELL. I SPOKE WITH THE HOST AND SHE WAS PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY DID HAVE 20 MORE PEOPLE COME THAN WHAT THE GUARANTEE WAS MADE FOR. THEY WERE NOT HEAVY DRINKERS AT ALL. THEY NEVER RAN OUT OF DRINK TICKETS. THEY HAD JUST ENOUGH FOOD.

The ladies were quite pleased today with service from Claude and Akaria. They did have an extra guest show up but we quickly arranged the table to get them accommodated.

Everything went very well this year. We had adequate staff and they did a great job. We made a coffee station so we wouldn't be behind with service and that went well. The host was worried about being charged but she was happy when we told her there was no charge. We did request for sodas and to go boxes and we politely let them know that this wasn't possible.

Steady little night in TH! Our steak specials and fried oysters were well received tonight! Jeff raved about the Italian turkey soup and even took a quart home to have later! Peppermint hammers are up and running like we knew they would and Perrier Jouët is definitely gonna be a popular wine for the month considering we’ve already pour through three cases on our second day! Nothing to complain about on my end; except maybe that dern train…

EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THERE WAS A LITTLE HICCUP WITH THE SETUP EARLIER IN THE DAY BUT JAMI AND STAFF WERE ABLE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID USE THE FIREPLACE AND THE KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME DOING PUZZLES IN FRONT OF THE FIREPLACE. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL AND THE GOLDBERGS WOULD LIKE KEVIN TO WORK ALL THEIR EVENTS IF POSSIBLE!

This event was held in the Lounge. Everyone was about 15/20 minutes late and we got everyone sat around 1:45, as opposed to the original 1:00. We did run into an issue (my fault)...we had to add a 5-top right before they settled down for lunch. Everything was taken care of very quickly and service itself went great! The Walker's son brought in a special bottle of wine that Kevin M. spearheaded service for. They had a good time with no big issues

Good dinner service tonight! Nothing too crazy we began with a heavy cocktail crowd and slowly dwindled afterwards then we got a late rush from the nutcracker and we handled it smoothly!

Back to a normal sunday after a slower holiday week. Golf course had a healthier amount of player with larger groups like the aga having over 20 players. Breakfast was steady. Lunch was fairly slow until closer to 3 when golfers started coming back in. Card players also returned. No issues. KRS

Not much to say for the day. Breakfast had the usual Saturday small groups. Still slow from the holiday weekend. Wings were set and ready to go well in time. Course had around 80 players for the day. No issues. KRS

IT WAS SO BUSY!!! Had a WHOPPING 29 covers for dinner however everyone seemed to enjoy their time at the club tonight! However someone did forget to put Moselys baked potato on their reservation so Savannah got labeled as the Grim Reaper by Andy since she delivered that news to them. Earlier night nothing too crazy!

Surprisingly slow day after Thanksgiving. We were for sure affected by the weather and football. Cold and windy along with a GA vs Tech Friday game in Atl. The aga went out a bit earlier than usual so the beginning of lunch was slower than usual. A few college kids had groups but that was about it. Mid day brought the golfers back in but non of them stuck around for more than a beer or tea. No card players either. A nice ease into the holiday season. No issues. KRS

Thanksgiving! Very slow day. Breakfast had a few small tables and a togo or 2. Kitchen shut down after. Only around 45 golfers went out with very few returnig for a quick beer. No issues. KRS

Thanksgiving Brunch

Banquet
Jack Montgomery

Another Thanksgiving day in the books! Staff did great and stayed on top of everything, we were never overwhelmed with the high volume. Of course, we had a couple complaints about parties not wanting to be in the PDR..however the layout was a little different than in years past and everyone ended up happy (you’re welcome); “it felt more open”. The Garrett’s were the last to leave as per usual, enjoying their drinks and gab, and everyone was super happy. We did have a couple incidents with to-go requests that were not previously authorized…they were informed of our policy (several time) and went on about their lunch. Lots of bottle sales today. Great day, no issues!!

beautiful and busy Wednesday. We started the shift anticipating 3 large reservations through out the shift. Lauren Dallas and her 8 top family joined us at noon. Beau Thigpen hosted some friends at table 70 at 1230. We greeted them with a complimentary toast to start off the thanksgiving holiday. The Bells rsvp for 9 but were a 7top. Sarah was their server. Besides the large rsvps, the Mize family dined on the patio as well as John Wallace Hadden and his family. We had a few members dine with Jordan at the bar. Mrs Barret hosted a couple before they went off to play a round of golf. We sold 5 Daily bowls and 7 lunch specials. All went well today, full staff and no issues.

Busy start for golf course but not so much for lunch. We had a few big tables near the end of service come in from play but nothing crazy. Mid day brought the usual groups in though no card players today. We prepared for a full room after the course closed for safty reasons, but never got the large crowd. A few togo orders and dr. Austin and mr. Reynolds ate. No issues. KRS

SHE WAS SUPER SWEET BUT DIDNT WANT TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT. WE DID NOT HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF ANY ALLERGIES. WE DID GET HER A SORBET FOR DESSERT FOR HER DAIRY ALLERGY.

Dinner itself went great! Proposal was a yes! The couple enjoyed their dinner and were very happy about the set up they came down to thank me afterwards for everything the club had for them! Shoutout to Joe! Bachelder enjoy their fireplace and charcuterie and had some great bottles to go along with it! Clearly was happy in the Founders room they ended up staying for a dinner after their cocktail! Really proud of the bartenders, they handled all the private dinners and cocktails tonight by themselves! Service in the restaurant was also great I honestly have no issues to report! Lots of members were occupied all night talking about the accident on the golf course😂

Not really a busy night, but the tables we had were spread out all over the restaurant making it feel busier than what we were. The Aquinde children are in town, so they came in for dinner. Mr. Aquinde ordered his burger and asked for a salad for his side. The burger came out without the salad, but the salad hit the table as they were finishing dropping food to the rest of the table. We ran out of bread around 8:15, so the Blitches and Berrys did not get bread immediately upon them sitting down, but we got it to them as soon as we could. No issues to report.

Rehearsal Dinners

Banquet

Everything went very well for both of our rehearsal dinners tonight. The Muns in the Presidents Room were actually the ones who were behind, by about 35mins. Regardless, we stayed on top of cocktail service and their dinner went by super fast. The bigger event in the ballroom went smoothly and on time. Staff did a great job with wine service and speed. They definitely stayed longer than we anticipated for the post-toast..shocker considering it was a card bar. Everyone clearly had a great time No issues to report

The last night of Bon Air was steady and a chill night with a total of 38 covers. By surprise, the hot dog was one of the most popular dishes tonight. We had familiar faces tonight such as the Anderson’s and the Haskins and a few new comers along the way. Other than that, it was a perfect night with no issues or problems to report. Looking forward to coming back in the new year! - Devan

Tonight was officially the busiest day we had at Bon air. With a total of 76 covers, we were extremely busy with no stop w service at all. There was a point during service where we got backed up but I think it was because lack of space in the kitchen and also if we had one extra food runner I think we would’ve been golden. To my knowledge, there was no issues or problems during service. It was overall a great night and my team freaking killed it

Pretty solid day at Bon Air tonight. We had a ton of people come in at the same time right when we first opened which got the kitchen super busy at first, but we stayed on top of it and everyone got their food in a timely manner. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Good day.

although we were down a server, it was a pretty normal day in TH. We sold 6 bowls and 3 specials. The wall family were a 5 top in the bar . Mrs Boulus and Mrs. Hollingsworth were a 2top on the patio. Mrs.Rice hosted some ladies today and they were a 6 top on the terrace with the doors open “letting in fresh air”. David Rivers also hosted golfer guests on the patio; 7top Mr. Bell had a 12 top group in the presidents room which Sarah took care of. Mr. Kay Sr and wife were a late lunch 2top on the patio.
