This event was held in the Lounge. Everything went amazing for the Foushees tonight. Their guests totally killed the special wine that was brought in, a very cool touch. Khoris and Alexis did great staying on top of wine service as always, and Tiffany supported the serving team well. We had to grab two scoops of ice cream from downstairs and have a few hammers made which was no problem. Not much to say honestly, and no issues!

A steady non eventful lunch at titleholders with 71 covers. We had a busy crowd in the middle of lunch service for the few afternoon football games happening, but then slowed down around 2:00pm. We had the myers up at the fireplace and a lot of other members on the patio due to the nice weather. There was a kid’s golf tournament happening during lunch, so we got a few parents for lunch as well. Other than that, no issues or problems to report.

Another Social in the books. All went well and exactly how it should have, if a little slower because of the amount of new staff that haven't worked these things before and were learning the flow. Mr. McLeod was a little antsy but we finished in time either way, of course. No issues!

We need to figure out a better system for these homecoming groups. Every time we have one, the numbers are never correct, and the parent who is trying to coordinate all the different reservations and parties usually has no clue how many people they actually have. It's not fair to them for their tables to not be ready and for me to be standing there like a deer in headlights trying to figure out where were going to make 25 more people fit. The original reservations were Welsh-12p, Rhodes- 8p, Godwin- 14, Hargrove- 10p and Gladd 18. All the tables were pushed together and ready to go. Mrs. Welsh comes in and the hostess showed her to Welsh 12 top. She now says that they have 22 people. GREAT. Then she goes on to say that the Rhodes party should be for 18 people. GREAT. We finally figure out that the Hargrove party of 10 is how Mrs. Welsh was getting 22 people. We got all the changes made as quickly as we could, but now were all scrambling back and forth trying to figure out what is what and how many we need where. All while still having regular service go on and we were pretty busy for a Saturday. I just think everyone would be better off having a buffet set up for them away from the regular service of the restaurant. All of those hoco parties together accounted for about 68 of our covers tonight. We did the best we could with the hand we were dealt.

Pretty standard Friday night around here. We had our usuals: the Abbott's group, Mcdaniels and Baileys, the Rhodes, Mrs. Boardman and Mrs. Weidner. We had the fireplace set and ready to go. Fireplace on, TV uncovered, menus and water out ready for the Miller fireplace group. It gets to about 7:30, and Shawn comes to find me because a member from Founders room had walked into the kitchen to ask why they had not received service. They did not speak to Joe, myself, or any of the hostesses about changing their location to Founders room. They also went from a 12 top to a 16 top. We got everything switched around as quick as we could. No other issues to report.

Very quiet night in TH. I can list everyone who at dinner. Mr. Eller and his two daughters ate at table 50. The Hatchers and Harrovers dined at 61. The Andersons sat at 74. The Wilsons and their guests enjoyed their meal at 75. Mr. Christman and Stella grabbed a quick bite at 30. Then Devan and her mom got to dine at table 7! The majhong ladies never showed tonight, but I'd rather be prepared and them not show than us be unprepared and they do show. We sold 1 app special, 1 cut special, and 3 bowls. No issues to report.

This event took place at the summerhouse. Staff did a great job the day before setting up and getting everything ready; we only had a few extra things to do tonight. Everything went as planned, especially service. Staff was quiet but fast even though we had to do everything in front of the guests. Not the biggest of partiers, they left happy and we had no issues!
