Tonight, it was a slow chill dinner shift at bon air. We had a total of 25 covers, but had a big group of tennis people that just wanted drinks. Even though it was slow, I was surprised of the crowd turn out because of the rain and temperature outside. We had regulars such as the Lopezs’ and was overall a great night of service. No problems or issues to report.

Good day all-in-all! We had a lot of trouble when the wedding party was all ready and made their way to the clubhouse...the groom specifically was not to be drinking liquor, but during setup they were all treating the bars as a free-for-all while everyone was busy and not standing at the bars. The planner was informed and they did eventually stop causing trouble. The ceremony, dinner, and reception went very well on our end! Newer staff is definitely improving their service practices. Not too much else to say, they left happy (and 30 minutes early) !

We had a few ladies who didn’t know the ladies luncheon was on the veranda because it’s usually downstairs. We had about two groups go up to the buffet and ate downstairs on the patio . “Ms Bowles said it was to nice to eat inside “ . We had a few members come for lunch but not as many . Ms Shevitz and a friend . Mrs Baggs and her grand daughter and a tennis group also dined on the patio before playing mahjong in the MG CY . Full staff did well with setting up for the reception. No issues

Steady-ish night. Tables were spread out pretty evenly. The only "issue" on the night was with the oscar style steak special. The Colemans ordered the special to split. After they were done and the plates were clean, they told Janee the crab was bad and that they hoped to not get sick from it. She responded and told them that she hoped not as well and that if that were to happen they need to call and let us know. She asked repeatedly if they wanted something else or to let the kitchen know. They responded time and time again that they did not want her to do that nor take it off their bill. They then pulled Dylan aside to tell him to tell Rob that the crab was bad, and that Janee laughed in their face when they complained. She did not do that in the slightest. 6 people ordered the special all night and no one else complained about it. Another of Janee's tables asked her if Mr. Coleman was being an asshole because they overheard the conversations. Andy and John both said that the crab meat was opened today, and they tried the crab itself. They saw nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure where the issue came from.

This event took place in the Lounge. The ladies arrived for setup promptly and staff helped them get right to work; there were a lot of shifts in tables/buffet/chairs but nothing too crazy. It was brought to my attention that one of the hosts was asking about a bar (not on the BEO). They said they didn't need it at first, but the mother said otherwise later. We got everything set up in time and they enjoyed themselves. We had a situation with a lady wanting a to-go box. She was told no as well as the reason, but she decided that she'd take food anyways in a plastic grocery bag....(ew)

Good day for Mr Ashton Parker and guests. Everything was set and ready for them before arrival, including lunch menus and AV. About 30 minutes before we were going to take lunch orders, Mr. Parker took it upon himself to take the menu sheets all the way down to Titleholders instead of giving them to one of the several staff members waiting on him because "no one was up there" Anyways...lunch service went well thanks to staff and Maria's help. Setting up a bar for them and bypassing sending a TH server up was definitely the way to go

Steady night at BAK! Outside filled up quick with the nice weather, and the overflow sat inside. All sections got some love tonight. The Lopez's, Lists, Hardys, and Dudleys were among some of the frequent flyers. Then we had some first timers as well: Mrs. Mckenzie and her son and the Browns. They thought it was great! We cleared out around 7:20, and then the Stewarts came in with a 4 top at 7:50. Lovely! No issues to report. 3 specials, 1 bowl, 2 weekly cocktails.

We ended lunch with a 16 top for Mr. Barfield and his golf outing. Everything went smooth; no issues to report. 1 bowl, 3 specials.

Tonight was a pretty steady night with 40 covers. Our best seller tonight was the smash burger, but the Pho Daily Bowl was our second best seller. Every person that ordered it was extremely impressed and loved it. I believe that it should be on the menu as a staple if it is consistently popular throughout the week. Other than that, no issues or concerns.
