Pretty decent night downstairs! 2 for 1 started off a little busy but quickly slowed down I assume everyone is getting ready for the upcoming week! Nothing too crazy, no issues to report!

Busy night even though we started with 20 on the books! Lots of togo orders right out of the gate. The Meybohms grabbed the Mcknights to go order by accident, but they switched it out quickly. Everyone seemed happy tonight! My issue of the night was with the mess that the Goldbergs and their children left at their table. They are notorious for leaving an atrocious mess under their table: silverware (LOTS), linen, coloring pages and crayons, goldfish and other snacks smashed all over the floor. Mrs. Baird walked past me as I took a picture of the mess tonight and said “Where are we? McDonalds?”. Obviously there can be some mess that is left behind some kids, but the mess they leave is a but much to me. The pictures from tonight will be attached. No other issues to report!

full patio day in TH. Mrs. Lester and her usual group had skinny margs. Mrs. Edmondson and her husband had a quick bite to eat. Mrs. Bowden did dine at her usual table to celebrate hers sisters birthday. BOH and FOH did great with communicating and getting food out correctly. Expo, Fr and Management were on the same page with modifiers. all in all it was a good shift

A mellow lunch in the title holders today. For the total of 59 covers it was pretty much a slow service throughout the whole time. We had a high school tennis team of 18 people come and join us for lunch and everything went well with that. The only issue is that the server forgot to fire two of the entrées, but we got that fixed and sent to their table as soon as possible. Other than that no issues or problems to report.

Surprisingly a slow night at bon air with a total of 38 covers. Had some regular faces such as the trotters and boones, everyone was gone by 8 o’clock on the dot. My staff and I went ahead and did a huge deep cleaning of the summerhouse and prepared the space for golf channel. No issues or problems during the shift.

Typical busy night at bon air. With a total of 85 covers, we had a ton of familiar faces such as the Haskins, knapics, and haglers. Got a little chaotic because people started changing tables and sitting in different places without telling their servers but other than that, everything went great!! Specials sold well and all members were pleased with their food and service! Other than that, no issues or problems to report!

Pretty quiet night overall! The Harrovers, Hitchcocks and Lees were some of our early tables. Leverett Williams had a reservation tonight with Bunny and their family. Mr. Williams wife and the other women guest ordered the ribeye special cooked medium to split. It came out very much undercooked, and they sent it back. They didn't want anything else from the kitchen, and declined hammers. They said they're just frustrated that this issue keeps happening. No other issues to report.

Surprisingly a busy night at Bon air with a total of 77 covers. We had our normal Wednesday tennis crew come in along with some regular faces such as the Foushee’s and Ashmores. The specials sold nicely along with the Smashburgers. Got a little behind just for a second because we had over 5 parties come in at once, but we quickly caught up. Other than that, no issues or problems with today!!

Everything was set and ready to go for this group before arrival. Khoris, Jesse, and Greg held it down during their meeting. I guess there was a mix-up or lack of communication on Mr. O'Neill's part about lunch...Mary-Will had to call him during their meeting to remind him that we don't do a la carte at the Wallace House. They went down around 1 to Titleholders and promptly came back to their meeting. No big issues, just a long and boring day for the both of us I'm sure.

Typical solid lunch service at titleholders. With a total of 58 covers, we had our routine of ladies locker room and bridge ladies upstairs. Both parties were taken care by Shawn and Jackey and had positive feedback all around. We had the loyal trust band board from last night come in and join us for lunch and was pleased with everything. Lastly, we had Mrs. Lanier and two of her colleagues in the founders room for lunch for their meeting and everything went smoothly with that. Other than that, service was great and everyone was happy with no problems and issues to report.

Pretty chill day. Literally temps dropped a but perhaps keeping golfers away. Lunch came and went without issue. Mid day slow with few golfers. 2 group's of card players. Some kind of investment meeting tooknplace during the evening. Turned into a 10 top dinner. Board made their way down for a nightcap after their dinner meeting. No issues. KRS

Late dinner report! Tuesday night was pretty slow as usual with a total of 77. Good amount of Togo orders and had familiar faces such as Milton Ruben and the Cagles. We had a 12 top in founders for the Loyal Trust Bank Board that went down to a 7 top, but it was very successful! They bought 4 bottles of wine and complimented the amazing food and Niya’s amazing service. Other than that, no issues or problems to report! -Devan

Social Manners went well, luckily with no AC issues this time. It was warm but not as bad as last Friday. We were just a beat behind his intro with soups but everything else went very fast. Staff did well, the newer folks just need a little cleaning up. We had a two more allergies pop up on top of the other two and were able to take care of them with little to no issue.

Steady Saturday for food and golf. A few guest groups and 32 aga. We had the surprise breakfast table set and ready for Mr. McKoy. Mid day was slow. Room filled at 3 when wings came out. Hammers were passed around as wanted for the birthday guy. No issues. KRS.

40th Bday / Engagement Party

Banquet
Jack Montgomery Sunny

Our two events tonight went very well. We had an engagement party in the WH and a 50th birthday in the Lounge. It was a beautiful day so naturally everyone from both groups spent their time outside for the most part. Cake cutting, app/bubbles passing, and closing up was super easy for our parties tonight. Staff did a great job, no issues

Tonight at Bon Air was officially the busiest we have ever been! With a total of 112 covers we had people coming in early and staying late! We had a good amount of tables with big groups during the first half of the shift, some regulars some new comers. There was a round robin tennis clinic at the courts so we had some friends eat dinner while they went up and watched their friends. We sent up over 4 dozen wings up there as requested and everyone was satisfied up there while we were consistent and on top of everything at the actual restaurant. We got another wave of people who just finished playing tennis (24 people). We had some tables pushed together for them prior to their arrival and everything went smoothly. The bar got a little packed and overwhelming in the beginning, but once everyone got drinks and sat down everything was good!! Literally so proud of everything and BOH was amazing as well. There was no problems or issues with anything. Love these night up here!

Solid night especially with the beautiful weather!! We had a waitlist for the patio most of the night, but those who didn't want to wait loved the option to sit on the terrace with the doors open! The Moseley's had another issue tonight. Mrs. Moseley's salmon was not cooked to her liking, but we got it remade as quick as possible. No other issues to report.

Pretty solid night at the Bon air! With a total of 75 covers, the specials once again were a big hit. We had a bunch of big parties come in and a few board members come in to get to go food as well. Nothing out of the ordinary. Service was great and people were fed and had nothing but good things to say tonight. No issues or problems. We are just preparing for the anticipated arrival of people tomorrow night.

Everything was ready and set for the ladies today right on time. Their florist had an issue with her flower count...she insisted she had 22 but she also didn't have enough for all the tables (22)... Moving on. Earlier in the week, the hostesses wanted to have 7 people at every table instead of 6, but they never changed the dessert order (6 cookies on each table). Naturally Ms Sally Metzel asked if we had more cookies. Chris had already informed Marquitta and I earlier that morning that the answer was no. In the end she wasn't too upset about it and figured they'd have less people than she thought show up anyways. During service we made 11 veg entrees all day as opposed to 5 and the 2 chicken entrees went out with no issues. Staff went around with coffee and water as soon as all of the entrees were taken care of. We didn't know they would be in their program for almost the whole duration of service so it took us a little longer because we were trying to be quiet. No big issues though, staff did a great job.

Augusta Newcomers

Banquet

Augusta Newcomers today in the Ballroom went as it usually does. All of the gluten free meals went out as planned; the kitchen ended up making 6 of those as opposed to 4. We also had to have extra vegetarian meals made...9 all day instead of 7. The coffee station took a lot of heat off the staff and they were able to focus on service. Not exactly our problem but some of the guests were very passionate about how hungry they were...everyone arrived at 8:30 but lunch was scheduled for 12:00 and the hosts kept it at 12:00. I suppose they just need to communicate with their people more clearly.
