Nothing too crazy for breakfast and lunch today. We basically had no one for breakfast until the last 30 minutes and then got a couple of familiar faces such as the Days. Lunch was pretty slow and consistent with the patio being a popular option to sit. The last 20 minutes, we had a bachelor party of 12 come in and eat and we were able to accommodate and get their drinks and food in as soon as possible. Other than, no problems or issues to report.

Typical steady night at Bon Air. With 63 covers we had a ton of families come in with their kids. It got a lil chaotic with the children for a second as well as the kitchen with orders but we were able to tame the tickets and the kids. We had some stragglers come in around 8:00pm and gave everyone quick and great service. No problems or issues to report!!

Long and uneventful day for us working the getting ready! We mistakenly, out of habit, put out a mimosa station for the ladies this morning but realized later they didn’t have that on their BEO. I told Tiffany to let everyone know we had it just in case, but they weren’t interested. No issues, the ladies were ready and out by 2:30 sharp for our flip to tonight!

Pretty normal Thursday . We had the tennis 18th anniversary lunch on the patio as a 9 top. Lots of tables on the patio with the hot weather . Gardell and guest had lunch at their usual booth .

Pretty solid night for the Bon air, especially since we’ve been closed for the two weeks. With 73 covers, we had a ton of our weekly regulars such as the Whites, Haskins, McDaniels, and so many more. The specials sold extremely well tonight and everyone was pleased with their food and service. No problems or issues to report!!

Master's Week

Men's Grill

For sure need atleast 2 servers, 1 bartender and 2 dra's for dinner shifts. Atleas starting Wednesday night. We had that for most of the week and it worked well with the nice weather. The perfect weather was a real game changer for us this year. It kept members and guests where they were supposed to be instead of pilled up inside due to rain or cold. We used Saturday to start setting the bar up on the floor. Sunday was fairly slow even with Easter. Monday/Tuesday-very slow breakfast. Only a handful of buffets sold each day. Lunch picked up a bit but never busy. Dinner was also slow with a few walkins welcomed. Wednesday- Breakfast still not very busy. Lunch begain to pick up a bit later in the afternoon closer to 2:30pm. Dinner time we had a few reservations for the mg. All went well first night things picked up. Bar was well used by for overflow from outside. Thursday- breakfast picked up a bit. Buffet makes it easy. Some drinks were served as well. Lunch was steady. Nothing unlike a normal day on a normal week. Dinner had resurvations and afew tables moved over from the Th. Bar was wide open. I walked through the line and did bottle and can service for the one waiting for beer or high noons. Friday/Saturday- pretty much a copy paste of Thursday. Busy evening. Some resurrections and extra tables. Continued to work the crowd for bottles or cans. Sunday-slow all day. The beautiful weather continued to keep people on our golf course or at the National. Had a small flow of lunch orders. Room had several people just sipping drinks and watching the final match.

Typical slow day down at Titleholders for lunch. Today was the first day back to normal operations after masters and had 59 covers for lunch. People are loving the new menu and service overall went nice and smooth. We had bridge ladies from upstairs join us for lunch but unfortunately no mahjong ladies today. Other than that, no issues or problems to report.

Slower breakfast today with 16 covers, all was well. For lunch we did 22. We had a little parking issue with their reserved spots by the WH but it got taken care of fast with Mary-Will and Clarence’s help. No issues, Melissa with Golf Channel said that Evelyn, Carl, and the entire team is doing a great job!

Closing in on Sunday! We had 19 for breakfast this morning, all went well. Everyone really liked the hashbrown casserole from a couple days ago and would love to have it again soon! They like having the variety. The older TV in the dining room died once again and they were pretty snarky about it during lunch....Jason fixed it for us very promptly. Lastly, 23 covers for lunch, they enjoyed everything!

Standard breakfast this morning. We did have another time-related issue with one of the golf channel guys...he was very upset that he came almost an hour late to breakfast and it was no longer there. I spoke with Mary-Will and made sure we had our times right (did), so I suppose I'll monitor and we'll go until 8:30 on days that we end at 8:00.

Dinner service this evening took a step up!!! We had a good bit of guest tonight, it seems everyone was just enjoying being at the club! Bottle service still went strong I was unable to get the number before I left however I’m confident it was more than last night! The only issue I would say we had this evening was a mishap on Jed and Heather Howington, their dinner took too long to come out we smoothed it over with some hammers they never complained though. Just need to make sure we keep a close eye on everything! Savvy and Rick were able to get the food out and they enjoyed dinner! Shoutout once again to Reece who came out to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal!

Shoutout to Reece for coming out and speaking with the table who got the incorrect entree and making it right! They were happy and all was well by the end! Gonna be a good week!

USGA Meeting

Banquet
Jack Montgomery Ridgley

Same old for the USGA group. The same exact thing happened as last year....the diagram had rounds and the BEO had them as a long table for 16; they wanted a long table but we had it set per the diagram. I informed Mary-Will and hopefully we don't have the same situation for the 3rd year in a row next time... We got it switched over very quickly and they were grateful. No other issues, IT setup went well, breakfast beverage went out as planned, and they were quick with their two meetings.

Pretty average breakfast and lunch service down in Titleholders. We started the morning off with the masters breakfast buffet, which was extremely slow, and moved on to a slow lunch service. Cord Kilpatrick joined us for lunch with his wife and his friend and we got nothing but compliments on Dylan's service and the amazing food! We had some stragglers come at the end of service but other than that, no issues or problems to report! -Devan

Great first day for Golf Channel meals. Carl, Marrissa, and the rest of the team did great keeping an eye on the buffet and staying clean. They were 10 over on their original count (20) but luckily it wasn’t too much of a big deal today.
