The Report

Dinner service was pretty solid tonight! 64 bottles sold tonight totaling more than $11,000! Everyone seemed to have a pleasant dinner this evening everyone outside seemed to enjoy their cocktails! Overall a happy night!

Issues

Someone needs to speak with Lansing Lee about having a better etiquette while he’s at the club his one time a year everyone is honestly just tired of dealing with him. He knocked drinks out of Tori’s hand tonight backing into her with his chair at a table he sat himself at because he didn’t like the table we had reserved for him. He’s rude and needs a letter or something.

Improvements

Send out an email to the members prior to masters that the prices will increase and if they don’t like it they aren’t required to be here. We also need members to understand that sometimes we simply cannot accommodate “special request” such as walk ins during masters week when there are literally no available tables.

Pretty normal Thursday . We had the tennis 18th anniversary lunch on the patio as a 9 top. Lots of tables on the patio with the hot weather . Gardell and guest had lunch at their usual booth .

Typical slow day down at Titleholders for lunch. Today was the first day back to normal operations after masters and had 59 covers for lunch. People are loving the new menu and service overall went nice and smooth. We had bridge ladies from upstairs join us for lunch but unfortunately no mahjong ladies today. Other than that, no issues or problems to report.

Dinner service this evening took a step up!!! We had a good bit of guest tonight, it seems everyone was just enjoying being at the club! Bottle service still went strong I was unable to get the number before I left however I’m confident it was more than last night! The only issue I would say we had this evening was a mishap on Jed and Heather Howington, their dinner took too long to come out we smoothed it over with some hammers they never complained though. Just need to make sure we keep a close eye on everything! Savvy and Rick were able to get the food out and they enjoyed dinner! Shoutout once again to Reece who came out to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal!

Another great night in the books we were able to sell through 28 nicer bottles this evening including our stock on hundred acres! Dinner went pretty well! Shoutout to Reece for coming out and speaking with the table who got the incorrect entree and making it right! They were happy and all was well by the end! Gonna be a good week!

Great dinner shift on Monday we sold about 32 nicer bottles for dinner we’re able to take some walk ins as it wasn’t too crazy. Seems everyone had a great start to their masters!

Pretty average breakfast and lunch service down in Titleholders. We started the morning off with the masters breakfast buffet, which was extremely slow, and moved on to a slow lunch service. Cord Kilpatrick joined us for lunch with his wife and his friend and we got nothing but compliments on Dylan's service and the amazing food! We had some stragglers come at the end of service but other than that, no issues or problems to report! -Devan
