Social tonight went as well as it always does, and on time. We haven't been this staffed for a Social (or dinner in general) in quite some time, so I definitely could have split the ballroom into two teams. The new hires did well for the most part, just need some polishing on service. Nevertheless, all the special entrees went out perfectly fine, everything went well
All of our patio lovers showed up tonight like we knew they would. Togos also took off in the first hour. Mr. Volpittos order got taken by another member and there was confusion about which togo order needed to be remade. He was not thrilled with how long he waited for his food, but Joe dropped it off to them with a bottle of wine. We really need to get a new wireless phone, and figure out the ipad situation in the server station. Both phones we use for togo orders are pretty much shot, and during service good luck trying to hear what they are saying. We have already had a tough stretch with togo orders, and these technical issues are not helping us at all. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying dinner and the lovely weather. No other issues were reported to us.
Very Busy Friday Lunch on top of alot of to go orders. The JH specials sold very well, at 12 . we sold 2 bowls. alot of patio action . we had a full staff that did very well working together
Rocky start for these folks. They were over an hour late, had an add-on (Chris had an extra beef so no worries there), and there was a lot of confusion with the name cards. When they finally got started all went well and normal though. No issues
This event was held in the Lounge. No food, just bev. Khoris kept a watchful eye on the bar for the ladies while Shannon and Dallah put the finishing touches on our reset for Social tonight. This was a pretty quick one, they were gone before 3!
The night looked to be pretty busy based on the reservations, but turned out to be a pretty tame night. The Founders room had their meeting and enjoyed dinner. They had 11 for the meeting and 9 for dinner. The MAU dinner upstairs went great. We had a few different tables come from Rick Allen's cocktail event. His dinner in TH after the event went well. The Moseleys commented on their dinner ACC Winter salad with salmon being served on a smaller salad plate versus an actual dinner plate. No other issues to report. 22 specials 16 catches 8 bowls.
Low-key little cocktail party for Rick Allen and friends tonight. They didn't eat or drink too much and by the end of his first speech many guests started trickling out. I made sure to check in with Laura Dunaway every so often. Everything went well, no issues
This event was held in the Lounge. Lots of IT problems....their projector didn't work, dead batteries in the mic (again). Thankfully I found a battery just laying around....... Anyways, everything went well on our end. The "no pepper" entree didn't show. Staff did great as always, no issues
Hump day tournament. 104 players. Small pop at the bar for beers and drinks. 12pm shotgun start. A few grabbed sandwiches early. Bar got hit right before tee off. Lunch was steady. No issues. Slow afternoon. Reception table was set and ready by 3. Players came back around 4-4:30. Smaller crowd with little rush as the returned. Maybe 75 of the 104. All went well. Joe handled the hammers. Players were gone after 6. We had two 4 tops of our regular card players. Quiet end to the night. Team did a great job. Good day.
Great Wednesday night! We started off the night with only about 20 on the books. We had a few members dine early in order to make it to assembly on time. We were joined in the in between time by most of our regulars including the Laniers, and the Adam's. Lastly we had a small rush of about 40 people at 8 o'clock including the Mccrarys and the Trotter's. They also said everything was great. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.
Chaotic for no reason as GA Profits always is.... We had people in and out, or just arriving, or leaving and not actually part of the event all during our ordering process. We didn't get the entree count back to the kitchen until at least 7:30. But service went well, no complaints from that end. Staff did great as always taking care of the gentlemen
steady day. we had a lot of patio action because of the perfect weather. Connie Jones and Amy Berstein had a pink floral theme birthday luncheon on the patio for Lee Dowling birthday. they sat from 1130 to about 5pm, drinking . Jessica took care of them, no issues were had. Karen Edmondson had a business lunch with the Harpleys. Mrs Vaughn and her sister in law also had a quick lunch. Mrs Upton bridge group dined in the bar. The Bells stopped in for their usuals as well. the lunch bowl and special sold well
Nice little dinner tonight! We had a few tables, sit out on the patio. And most of them inside the bar tonight! Service went well everyone seemed pleased and I have no issues to report.
Perfect weather but few golfers than expected. Lunch went well. 40 or so members came in. Early pop lead to a slow finish. Mid day was slow. Only 2 card players. We had a 5 top with a combo of aga meeting attendees and a board meber from there meeting. All went well.
Solid Wallace Group tonight. We finished dinner service in under an hour and once dessert dropped, most of the gentlemen headed out. Temps were all accurate to seating as well. No issues
pretty slow day in TH. Mr. Morris, Dowling, and Boardman dined in the bar. Linda Dickey and Ms Lisa had lunch ina booth. Bunny Williams and her usual guests were a 5 top at table 13. Thurman RC Group were in Founders and he said everything was great. we cut jackey from rotation around 1215 no issues reported
Augusta Bar went well as always. Jake assisted them with some AV trouble in the beginning (user error) and we had salads/desserts preset right before 12:30 arrival. No issues!
Both of our garden club groups went perfectly and on time this afternoon. Staff stayed on the floor and we helped them out with whatever they needed. No issues PN: 27 Heritage: 22
Extremely busy pasta night! We started off the night with about 120 on the books and ended up doing over double that due to walk ins. We had most of our usuals including the Snellings, the Given's and the Aquinde's. Most of our covers tonight were from the Daddy-Daughter dance at EDS. We also had a 19 top for Mrs. Bagg's birthday who all said everything was great. We were also joined by a group in the Ladies Locker room served by Kylie and they also said everything was amazing. No issues to report.
Quick and easy bday brunch for Mary-Louise Hagler today. Everything went well and on time; Tiffany and Claude stood behind the buffet and helped serve it per her request and mimosas were passed throughout. No issues were communicated!
Great reception. We had our first guests arrive by 6, with most of them arriving around the 6:45 mark. Khoris and Alexis handled the bar extremely well with absolutely no wait times. Multiple members including Mr. Bird and Mr. Cunningham said everything was great. The last guests left at approximately 9:15. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.
Breakfast-68 Lunch-104 Dinner-108 I WAS 4 WHOLE MINUTES EARLY!!! I sent Rick a Snapchat as proof. Anyways… breakfast was somewhat steady today the majority was in the men’s locker room. Lunch was busy, we had a full patio and pretty much a full bar and a couple of tables in the dining room. Dinner started off as a large cocktail party prior to the Morris Gala downtown. During which we had a hefty amount of tables in TH, service went well no one got too backed up and everyone worked very well together! Great shift no issues were shared with me!
Pancake tournament day. They were but a drop in the bucket of the 150ish golf day. Breakfast went well. Pancake came and went. Aga were next. Several large groups on the course for the day. Lunch was slow to start but picked up near the end. 3-5 was the big hit. Wings had everyone coming in. Busy day. No issues. KRS
Great Friday night! We started off the night with 68 on the books. We had most of our Friday regulars including the Boardman's, the Abbots, and the Snellings. We did have a wait list in the bar for about 30 minutes. Everyone said everything was amazing. No issues to report.
