Jack Montgomery Ball Room

Social tonight went as well as it always does, and on time. We haven't been this staffed for a Social (or dinner in general) in quite some time, so I definitely could have split the ballroom into two teams. The new hires did well for the most part, just need some polishing on service. Nevertheless, all the special entrees went out perfectly fine, everything went well

All of our patio lovers showed up tonight like we knew they would. Togos also took off in the first hour. Mr. Volpittos order got taken by another member and there was confusion about which togo order needed to be remade. He was not thrilled with how long he waited for his food, but Joe dropped it off to them with a bottle of wine. We really need to get a new wireless phone, and figure out the ipad situation in the server station. Both phones we use for togo orders are pretty much shot, and during service good luck trying to hear what they are saying. We have already had a tough stretch with togo orders, and these technical issues are not helping us at all. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying dinner and the lovely weather. No other issues were reported to us.

The night looked to be pretty busy based on the reservations, but turned out to be a pretty tame night. The Founders room had their meeting and enjoyed dinner. They had 11 for the meeting and 9 for dinner. The MAU dinner upstairs went great. We had a few different tables come from Rick Allen's cocktail event. His dinner in TH after the event went well. The Moseleys commented on their dinner ACC Winter salad with salmon being served on a smaller salad plate versus an actual dinner plate. No other issues to report. 22 specials 16 catches 8 bowls.

Chaotic for no reason as GA Profits always is.... We had people in and out, or just arriving, or leaving and not actually part of the event all during our ordering process. We didn't get the entree count back to the kitchen until at least 7:30. But service went well, no complaints from that end. Staff did great as always taking care of the gentlemen

Breakfast-68 Lunch-104 Dinner-108 I WAS 4 WHOLE MINUTES EARLY!!! I sent Rick a Snapchat as proof. Anyways… breakfast was somewhat steady today the majority was in the men’s locker room. Lunch was busy, we had a full patio and pretty much a full bar and a couple of tables in the dining room. Dinner started off as a large cocktail party prior to the Morris Gala downtown. During which we had a hefty amount of tables in TH, service went well no one got too backed up and everyone worked very well together! Great shift no issues were shared with me!
