\*\*The Wedding went very well. They ceremony was about 10 minutes but it really did not have an effect on the timeline. \*\*Staff did amazing staying on the floor and clearing. \*\*The new cake cutting protocol went very well! Super efficient \*\*I conducted traffic at the food stations to break up the lines because the guests didn't realize there were other stations with different food options. \*\*The cowboys hats and glow sticks were a hit with the guests. \*\*A lot of requests for sweet tea

Good day for the Women in Philanthropy group. They needed a fair bit of help with various things when they arrived. I also spoke with Pam Uros and she was very set on the timeline (which is always nice). We did coffee before they fully sat and after we served entrees. We didn't have enough creamer caddies for the tables so we did the usual and had someone going around with cream. A couple people took us up on the 10 extra tuna dishes and we had a couple vegetarians as well. Everything went pretty smoothly, I wasn't alerted to any issues

Good day for the Augusta Newcomers. The host arrived around 7:30 and started setting up with very minimal assistance. She also gave the staff raffle tickets again this year! ( We didn't win anything :c ) Khoris and Garrett managed the 8:00 valet need with ease; they didn't really use it too much this time... Lunch was served a whole 30 minutes ahead of time, around 11:30 instead of 12, and everything went well. The special entrees + desserts went out and we were able to accommodate an extra vegetarian. Staff as a unit kept an eye on the drink station throughout service Once everything got going this was pretty quick overall, they were out by 1:00 sharp

Our first big wine dinner!! We had one pair of no-shows (G. McKnight) but overall this was very well-attended. Everyone was seated almost on time, but the amuse and first wine was all ready to go on schedule. I cannot say enough about how well banquet staff did tonight. We ran through our service plan just twice but they caught on almost immediately, with only a couple very small hitches. They've been killing it recently!! Jake, Khoris, Kevin, and I poured wine before every course as planned. There were two special entrees..Rick handled those. We heard great feedback from the membership afterwards

The night started with Mr. Dr. Henson demanding the Founder's room be set for his 6 person 6pm meeting. The reservation not exist to us outside of him trying to put in a reservation for the Founder's room on the app 2 hours before he showed up. We quickly got it set up for him. His meeting went great after that. We weren't terribly busy after that. Most everyone sat outside. We had the Baggs family in tonight to celebrating Mr Baggs 88th birthday. He gave Amanda a hug and thanked her for making his birthday special. No issues were reported to me. 4 specials, 6 catches, 12 bowls.

breakfast was normal and steady- the usuals were in The Cagles, The Richards, The Dolans Lunch was Very Busy much more than usual it felt like. we were down a food runner so we pulled a DRA which left us with 3. We had 5 servers; 3 in the dining room and 2 in the bar/ patio. Savannah and I were taking orders, Dra-ing, hostessing and bussing tables. There were times we had no tables for the walkins, thankfully the weather cleared up and we opened the patio. it helped some, with getting members sat but it took a some time to get servers to each table. management made sure to greet everyone asap overall we didnt have many mistakes although the kitchen was backed up at times members were understanding and thanked us for jumping in
