Great Summerhouse opening day! We started off the morning very busy with a rush coming from EDS. Everything was handled extremely well by the staff. We had multiple compliments throughout the shift from Mr. and Mrs. Goldberg who said it was the best opening day they've seen. We also had quite a few compliments on the popcorn machine and games in the Jr. Room. We also had good feedback on the new Menu screen and cocktails. Midday was steady with a few orders mostly including milkshakes. We had a small dinner rush including the Goldbergs, Knapicks, and Cresons who all said everything was great. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report. SH Sales: 3031.54 Pool Bar: 441.83 Total Sales: 3473.37

This event took place in the Lounge. I helped their guest speaker successfully hook up audio for his presentation as soon as he arrived. However, as a note, HDMI 1 is nonfunctional and both of the HDMI ports are wearing down and very loose on our projector. Just as we were standing there the chord almost fell out on its own multiple times. Everything went well and on time though. No big issues!

Normal morning. Usual patrons made their way in. A bit busy near the end of breakfast. Many of the golf groups were larger than normal. This was felt with a busier lunch than normal. Cameron Brown had a group of 12 or 13 come in to eat before teeing off. Dr. Sherman came in with 13 people as well after their play. One group would leave with another coming in right behind. Wings filled the room. I thined out closer to 5pm. No issues. KRS
