Nothing too crazy for dinner tonight, most said it was too hot to sit on the patio however we still had a few tables out there! Sold a few specials tonight I think everyone that got it seemed pretty excited about the pork belly app so hopefully it’ll be pretty popular! No issues to report.

Decent day at the summerhouse! Lunch was slow for the most part, with 42 covers. However, we were able to shift tables around early and prep for the swim meet due to this. Shannon cocktailed in the morning for the tiny crowd, and we officially opened the bar once the swim team parents arrived. This swim meet was much smaller than the last, but still pretty steady. We did 89 covers from the kitchen with plenty of credit card transactions. Due to the storm rolling in, the pool team called it to an early end around 7:40ish and everyone cleared out for the most part. Good day overall! No issues \*\*\*We now have Crown Royal at the summerhouse. Should have thought of this earlier due to Jeff Hadden and others visiting us on the occasion. Very very slow Sunday until (naturally) around 6-6:30 we had a pop from our group of regular late Sunday-nighters. We did not open the bar today because until about 5:00 there were no more than 4 adults at the pool at once, but Alexis and Marrissa stayed on top of cocktailing every 10min regardless. Pretty good 2 for 1 Thursday considering the weather! At one point most every table in the restaurant was full with a waitlist for the bar. Dr. Echols RAVED about the catch. He said if it was a regular menu item, he would order it time and time again! The Mcdaniels and Mr. Shelton also said the catch was delicious. Dr. Whitehouse's dinner in Founders room went great. The bowl was also a big hit even after the protein was changed from tuna to shrimp. Overall great night! We sold 22 catches, 17 specials, and 12 bowls. No issues to report.

Great day at the Summerhouse! We had a pretty abysmal morning due to the cold weather and cloudiness. However, we did have a small rush when tennis camp let out. The team handled it beautifully with ticket times under 5 minutes. We had multiple compliments throughout the night from Mrs. Adams, The Goldbergs, and multiple guests. No issues to report.
