Super slow breakfast, Marrissa and Evelyn did great as always (9 covers)
Less busy of a lunch today but we had a couple stragglers and didn't get to shut down the buffet until about 3:00. Luckily they caught us right as we started. No issues (16 covers)

Final meals for the Golf Channel group! The team did great this week. I believe I made this note last year but as a reminder...we can totally scale down Summerhouse beverage stocking. It went untouched for the majority of days except for water and select sodas
All went well today though, some of the GC guys were already excitedly anticipating the shrimp and grits during breakfast

We started late as to be expected. Dinner service started @ 8:20. Everything went smoothly. We had requests for espresso martinis. We will be sure to have everything requested tomorrow. All of the apps went on the bar and we will be sure to do that again going forward.
