Golf Channel Bkfst/LunchBanquet

The event ran a little behind. They did not drink as much wine as they have in the past. There were a lot of request for specialty cordials. Next year we should add some cordials to the bar. There were also a lot of menu requests and special diets. Once again the kitchen stepped up and made it happen at the last minute.

Everything went well. Mr. Olson was very happy. There was a special meal for someone who was vegetarian and the kitchen was quick to remedy the problem. Claude and Alexis handle the room with great ease.

Breakfast: 14 Lunch: 18 Final meals for the Golf Channel group! The team did great this week. I believe I made this note last year but as a reminder...we can totally scale down Summerhouse beverage stocking. It went untouched for the majority of days except for water and select sodas All went well today though, some of the GC guys were already excitedly anticipating the shrimp and grits during breakfast

We started late as to be expected. Dinner service started @ 8:20. Everything went smoothly. We had requests for espresso martinis. We will be sure to have everything requested tomorrow. All of the apps went on the bar and we will be sure to do that again going forward.
