The Report

Awesome wedding night as always! We were ready long before guest arrival, however the bride and groom + vendors arrived very early and went well ahead their 6:50 meal time; we were able to accommodate with little delay of course. We were on schedule for everything else however and all went great. Nothing to really report, it was a pretty uneventful wedding on our part and everybody left super happy!

Issues

- Lots of congestion at the Loggia bar due to everything being open all at once. Due to the flow of the bar being right there in between food station and seating, in the future for open timelines like this we strongly suggest a ballroom triple bar or keeping the veranda bar. - PDR seating area was used VERY sparingly - Band took a very long time breaking down, impeding the stage and dance floor companies and our breakdown and reset

Super fast BOG, Rick and I started early on wine and staff + Marquitta had the first course dropped before 6:10. Everything was smoothly and the gentlemen enjoyed dinner as always.

Saunders for Judge Fundraiser

This event was held in the Lounge. Bit of a late start on this; however we later learned that the actual start time was 5:30, not 5 as per Mr. Thurman; to give him some time to setup. There was supposed to be 100 but there was only about 20 (if even) in the room at one time. However, Alexis and Marrissa stayed consistent on the floor passing apps while Brandon manned the bar.

Yet another Social. Everything went as usual. Nothing to really say except for that we should definitely have staff brush up on proper service before Masters week rolls around.

This event was held on the loggia. Small turnout. Some members left early or went downstairs. There were some members that didn't want to eat on the Buffett because they came to brunch and some of the selections were the same. I had to explain to them that downstairs was not an option because the Buffett provided was included in their signup. Some of them were not so happy about that

St. Patricks Brunch

Very slow brunch this afternoon. The Mooney's party arrived early and had a great time under the care of Kevin and Morgan. Everything went well in the ballroom! Lots of folks came very early and didn't linger much. As always, staff stayed on top of their tables all day and kept up with drinks and clearing. No issues to report
