The Report
Busy Friday Night! We had the Lanier's, the Abbots, and the Boardman's eat with us tonight as per usual, and they all said everything was great. We also celebrated Mrs. Trotter's birthday tonight who also told me she had a great night! It was a very smooth night, we were able to accommodate all walk in's with little to no wait time. The team did a great job as always. No issues to report.

Steady Friday night! We had all of our Friday regulars, including the Abbots, the Vaughns, and the Boardmans. We also had Dr. Tay join us for an early dinner, and he said everthing was amazing. We also had Mrs. Lopez and guests enjoy a girls night with their children, who also said that the service and food was wonderful. Due to some downtime the team was able to help Cory with some gov ball set up needs. We made cuts throughout the night as needed. No issues to report.

today was a busy eventful shift. there were tables on all sides of the restaurant today. some with large tables and a 8 top in Founders room. with having to be back and forth servers did a fair job of staying on top of their tables needs. Management did step in to take food and drink orders. The Goldbergs stopped in and said they enjoyed their meal. Dr. Henson and a guest were in for a quick lunch and ordered the new menu item; the herb chicken Focaccia sandwich special. he was amazed at how big it was. a few members inquired about it as well because it was noticeable from table to table. we sold 5 today with all good reviews. Warren Daniel treated 7 guests to lunch today on the terrace. The patio was a popular spot because of the weather for drinking. Jessica took care of GA power in Founders. they loved the daily bowl.

Great start to the week. We rolled out one of our new menu items this week as a weekly special. The mahi went over really well tonight. The only issue with the kitchen this evening was an overcooked steak for the Hatchers. The Aronows sat at 32 and were taken care of by Ansley. Joey took care of the henson business meeting in founders. As requested we turned up the heat a bit for them and they had a wonderful dinner. Mr McDaniel and Mr Moody stopped by the bar after the committee meeting upstairs. The tablet did turn off again mid shift and we had a delay on a to go order. Joe lead the cleaning party upstairs with help from a few of the DRAs, huge shout out to Robby and Quinton for helping load almost everything into the U-Haul for gov ball. Productive night
