All went well and on time; Tiffany + staff kept a watchful eye on the ladies. They spent a lot of time refreshing wine.

A few less ladies than we were expecting, but they all had a great time. They were pretty in and out as well, most were gone before 2:30 No issues!

The event ran a little behind. They did not drink as much wine as they have in the past. There were a lot of request for specialty cordials. Next year we should add some cordials to the bar. There were also a lot of menu requests and special diets. Once again the kitchen stepped up and made it happen at the last minute.

Everything went well. Mr. Olson was very happy. There was a special meal for someone who was vegetarian and the kitchen was quick to remedy the problem. Claude and Alexis handle the room with great ease.

I believe I made this note last year but as a reminder...we can totally scale down Summerhouse beverage stocking. It went untouched for the majority of days except for water and select sodas All went well today though, some of the GC guys were already excitedly anticipating the shrimp and grits during breakfast
