Steady day for us at the summerhouse. Tennis camp kids came right on schedule at we made about 20 milkshakes in just an hour for them.... Regular kitchen closing went smoothly and everyone pretty much cleared out after 5:00. The bar was super slow all day but we stayed on top of it and kept cocktailing anyways. All-in-all a boring day SH: 1,303.55 Bar: 148.66

Decent Sunday at the summerhouse. We had a fairly slow lunch with not many swimmers then around 3pm we had a decent drinking crowd arrive. They all came in for dinner right at 6 pm. The team handled it well. No issues to report. SH Sales-1590.88 Pool Sales- 692.26

Busy day at the Summerhouse! We had a fairly steady lunch with about 1100 dollars in sales with no issues to report according to Jack. We also closed the summerhouse at 4 to prepare for the swim banquet. We had almost all swimmers show up and 30 adults/siblings eat the buffet as well with a total of about 65 covers. Everyone was very thankful. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Weirdly slow day. We did 38 covers for lunch, and 31 for Fiesta Night The pool did have to shut down for good around 7:00 due to lightning so we got some extra business inside near the end of the night SH: 1,533.73 Bar: 180.12 Total: 1,713.85

Good day at the summerhouse. Pretty normal volume for a Thursday; we did 87 covers total all day. There was a good crowd until about 5:30, and everyone disappeared pretty much. However, some pool regulars (Bowers, Dallas, etc) gave us a small dinner pop Pool was pretty slow as far as beverage goes Much more tame Jr. Room today as well. Bar: **$208.89 ** SH: **$1,448.65**

Steady day overall with a few good pops. We did 66 covers for lunch. We were able to get Pizza Night set and ready to go in time with no issues. With the pool closing for about 2 hours due to nearby lightening/thunder, we got some good action from the dinner crowd; 44 buffets and 6 whole pies SH: 2,414.44 Bar: 211.07 Total: 2,625.51
