Sport House

Very slow day for the first half, we just had some regulars and the usual Tennis Camp kids for lunch. Around 3, we had a huge lull in service so we had plenty of time to prepare for the rush we expected from the tournament. They hit us hard, and with LARGE tickets. Times got a little long at some points, but we received a lot of compliments from the membership afterwards for handling it so well. We did 110 covers all day, and the vast majority of that came from our dinner rush. Good day! No issues SH: 1,944.67 Bar: 155.71

Steady day for us at the summerhouse. Tennis camp kids came right on schedule at we made about 20 milkshakes in just an hour for them.... Regular kitchen closing went smoothly and everyone pretty much cleared out after 5:00. The bar was super slow all day but we stayed on top of it and kept cocktailing anyways. All-in-all a boring day SH: 1,303.55 Bar: 148.66

Busy day at the Summerhouse! We had a fairly steady lunch with about 1100 dollars in sales with no issues to report according to Jack. We also closed the summerhouse at 4 to prepare for the swim banquet. We had almost all swimmers show up and 30 adults/siblings eat the buffet as well with a total of about 65 covers. Everyone was very thankful. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Slow lunch today with only 35 covers due to the pool being closed until 2. This gave us plenty of time to be setup and ready for another Pizza Night. We did good business as always, with 39 covers from the buffet and 10 whole pies! \*\*Due to another development in the Jr. Room, we will now have a daily sign-in sheet for the room starting tomorrow.
